DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION
- Ground floor ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a few days off.
- It has a large backyard with a barbecue, perfect for preparing a good meal, having a drink or relaxing with family and friends outdoors.
- Inside you will find a large living room with a TV area and a dining area. If you need to work, you will have enough space to put your computer, making it ideal for business trips.
- All rooms are lovingly decorated, spacious and bright.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to a laundry room.
- The house is available in full and has everything you need for short or long-term stays.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- The accommodation is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the sea port of MatarĂł.
- In the immediate vicinity, easy access to train, bus, taxi, etc. You will be very well connected. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of services: supermarkets, restaurants, banks, shops, etc.
- Just 15 minutes by car is MatarĂł Parc, a large shopping center with plenty of shops, a supermarket, restaurants and a cinema.
- During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate the typical festivals so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.

HOW TO MOVE
- The Mataró station is a 5-minute walk from the house. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (the journey lasts about 35 min) or to the Costa Brava. To get there from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants the R1 train line towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Mataró" stop, about 35 minutes.
- By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, the journey lasts about 50 minutes.
- You can also reach the town through the highway or the N-II road that runs along the entire coast.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.
- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of âŹ25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of âŹ50.
