The house is situated in a quiet and well-served area, approximately 700 meters from the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca.

The main seafront, with its shops, restaurants, and cafes, is within walking distance (about 10 minutes). Casa Leviche offers the opportunity to explore the area without the need for long trips.

THE HOUSE

Casa Leviche is a spacious 150 sqm property, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 5 people (up to 6 or 7 using the sofa bed). It is spread over two floors and offers large and functional spaces.

Ground Floor

The ground floor hosts the living area, which includes:

-Modern and air-conditioned living room/entrance, with a dining table, TV corner (40"), and a comfortable sofa bed.
-Kitchenette with a fully equipped cooking area, electric oven, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for preparing excellent meals.
-Full bathroom with shower box (no bidet).

First Floor

The upper floor, accessible via a comfortable staircase, hosts the sleeping area and includes:

-Air-conditioned master bedroom, spacious and bright, with a balcony equipped with a sea view and views of the surrounding nature.
-A bedroom with three single beds, also air-conditioned.
-Full bathroom with shower box and washing machine.

Additionally, Casa Leviche has a spacious outdoor veranda, equipped with a table and an electric awning, where you can enjoy outdoor meals in complete tranquility.

Finally, guests can use a convenient private garage located in the basement, as well as free parking available along the road nearby.

Another interesting point is Punta Ristola, a charming rocky promontory overlooking the sea, symbolically marking the boundary between the Ionian and Adriatic seas, offering one of the most picturesque panoramas of the area.
