- A full bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Outside, Casa Preula features a convenient covered veranda, equipped with a table, umbrella, and a small barbecue areaâthe perfect spot to dine outdoors and enjoy the cool evening air.
Additionally, the property includes a small area with a sink, washing machine, and cleaning tools, adding practicality and comfort to your stay.
Finally, Casa Preula offers a practical outdoor shower (cold water) to refresh yourself after a day at the beach, as well as a private parking spot, very useful for those arriving by car, ensuring maximum comfort even on the busiest days.
