Sällsynta och mycket stora 3 sovrum med 3 badrum! Utanför den misshandlade banan (ändå nära promenad till allt), är detta havsutsikt lägenhet en slutet enhet Penthouse, och var du vill vara! En soluppgång för att starta dagen från östra bergen och Diamond Head i en svit, som sträcker sig ut över Ala Moana och Westward för vykort solnedgångar i en annan svit !! Det finns ett masterbad i varje sovrum, 3 lanais att koppla av, ett litet men ändå effektivt kök, betjänad parkering (mot avgift), och nämnde vi panoramautsikt? Alla rum har utsikt över Ala Wai-kanalen, där gästerna kan titta på kanotävlingarna eller promenera längs kanalen. Som en slutenhet kommer våra gäster att suga i en 180 graders utsikt från Ko'olaubergen och slå samman i Deep Pacific Blue Ocean! Känn dig som hemma med central A / C, kabel-TV och gratis höghastighetsinternet! Det är en kort men ändå vacker 10 minuters promenad till den världsberömda Waikiki Beach.

20 Year Business Celebration

The property is great and check-in was a breeze. The bedrooms are large and extremely comfortable. Even though the kitchen is small, it was well thought out with the layout. One suggestion would be to have a small shelf in the showers to put soap, shampoo, etc. a convenient/short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

4 day Pre-cruise Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Ocean-City Panoramic PH Condo. There was a little hiccup with the check in process, but a call to property manager quickly resolved the issue. We didn't get the code to the door via email. He tried sending it again put it didn't come in, he also tried texting it, but the link was stripped out of the text. I suspect the security protocols on email and text were the reason. Just be aware Royal Garden is a timeshare, so the front desk and concierge are only there for the owners of the time share. The front desk will tell you to contact the owner, the concierge will direct you to the Holiday Inn down the street. Overall, it was a beautiful place and wonderful experience!

Great location & beautiful home!

This place was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The views were amazing and the rooms are designed in such a way that you feel like none of the other rooms are there. The staff in the building were great too! The only reason I can't give this home 5 stars... the smell of the home. I had read reviews stating this as an issue, but had hoped they had rectified it. All of that said, I would go back to this home and totally recommend it!

Was a great place with lots of room. Small kitchen but worked for us. Used the valet which is a little pricey but staff was wonderful and helpful. Great location. Would stay there again.

There was a musty, moldy smell that they couldn't seem to find, they came with with air fresheners to cover up the smell. Condo was nice but had a bad smell.......

Beautiful condo

The place was beautiful with just a few very small flaws like the bathtub in the master bedroom being dirty, the ceiling in the master bedroom having a stain from the air vent, and the water in the fridge being expired (we bought our own water so it was fine). Everything else was perfect and I would stay again in the future. Gorgeous property and very easy checkin and checkout process.

Fantastic Honolulu Apartment

The six of us really enjoyed the penthouse 3 bedroom-3 bath apartment for nine days. We walked to Waikiki and the shopping streets of Honolulu and were on the edge of town for excursions to other parts of the island. The area is quiet. The views are stupendous. Some of our party used the work out room which was very convenient. The space is very comfortable. For three couples, the apartment was an ideal base. The rooms are very large. The neighborhood felt very safe. Very hard to leave. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely view and great location

We loved our 3 BR condo with ensuite bathrooms! It was a small kitchen but we never cooked and they had a coffee maker, toaster and wine glasses--all we really needed! One small oddity, the shower heads were low, so the over 5' 10" folks struggled a bit... It is a private condo located above the Wyndham hotel, with access to their fitness center, pool, laundry, etc. I would definitely recommend!

Great location great views! Lots of room except kitchen. Musty smell which got worse from the start. Otherwise we had a great time! Men in garage were wonderful as we went in and out needing our car.

Aloha Girl’s Trip

Five of us girlfriends stay at this beautiful 3 bed 3 bath condo. The place was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. There was only 1 king sized bed, the other 2 were queen. The views were magnificent. Our only 3 issues were that the door passcode we were given was inoperable when we arrived (but someone was available at the phone number we were given, and they provided a new working access code). The other issues were a leaking refrigerator and non working lightbulbs in one of the bathroom showers. Those required several calls and took 2 days to get fixed. Overall the place was beautiful and we would stay there again.

Awesome Hawaiian Getaway!

Loved staying at this property. All the rooms were great, kitchen a bit small but we rarely used more than the sink and fridge. Views were amazing! Even had a slight maintenance issue while there that was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely stay again!!

Royal Garden Condo

Location and views are amazing! Walking distance to the beach and eating. The only thing negative is the parking. We were not able to park in the valet as that is reserved for residents. You have to find parking on the street which is very crowded and you have to feed the meter every two hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience over all but a few things need to addressed. For the price of this rental having to buy toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms was weird. Not enough bath towels provided. having to do laundry on vacation for dry towels stinks. Parking is vary expensive at $40 per day.

Wonderful, spacious penthouse near everything

Perfect vacation rental for 5 adults. The three suits made everyone happy. One suite is situated a bit further away which was perfect for us (the parents) so the youngsters could stay up later. Coffee and breakfast were close by. Beach was easily walkable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Honolulu Penthouse

We are a Family of. 6 staying in Hawaii for the first time. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms with great views. We walked everywhere. The Wyndham staff that you interact with was fantastic. The condo was neat, clean and well appointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for our first trip with our 9 month year old son with a total of 5 people (including baby). There were 3 separate rooms at different areas of the penthouse and 3 different bathrooms as well. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is rather small so typically only one cook in the kitchen but besides that it as a great stay. Will most likely stay here again for future trips since location is perfect.

Great view. Good location

We were a party of 6 adult couples. This property set up was a perfect fit for us. Small kitchen but well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Pretty good location. A few blocks off beach and main restaurant/shopping area. The unit is a little “tired”. There is a bad smell coming up from the bathroom drains and the carpets are worn and filthy (quite honestly, they need to be replaced). Someone thought a dirty sock wedged in a door jam would help a set a bedroom double doors stay closed. Make sure to bring or buy soap and shampoo. You’re provided with about 1 days worth.

Wonderful views!

Very beautiful and comfortable property. The views were AMAZING! We saw breaching whales in the ocean on one side, mountains on one side, beautiful skyline and rainbows! The kitchen is very small, but WHO CARES!?! The valet guys were awesome! Pool was fabulous and so nice to be able to do laundry for free!

Disappointed

Not worth the price. Several things were wrong with this place and we were in touch with mgmt. kitchen was the worst, very small and the backsplash was broken off behind the oven and then the marble along the window sill was broken off. Opened the oven doors and there were dirty pans inside. Our daughters room vent in the ceiling was open so lots of flying insects made their way inside. There was a dirty sock hanging from our master bedroom. This was a property managed by Ali Beach rentals. When you are paying $$$ a night we shouldn’t have had any problems. We visit Oahu quite often will never stay here again. I’m in touch with Ali Beach Rentals and will be sending them a much more detail list. When you are charged cleaning and service fees this place should have been spotless.

Massive penthouse

By far the largest place we stayed at in Waikiki. This place really lets you stretch out! Additionally the property management is extremely responsive! Thank you again for the wonderful stay! Additionally we loved the free laundry!
