Lots of Room!

Great stay in Hawaii

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The coffee machine was broken but the management company brought us a new one right away. Only issue was that the entrance door lock was really tight and difficult to open (apparently getting fixed soon) and we had to sometimes spend few minutes trying get inside. Other than that we had a great experience with this unit.

Great Stay in Waikiki

Everything was great from the check in process to the stay. Location is central and close to a lot of beaches and Waikiki downtown. Specious property that did not lack any amenities. Plus having extra beach gear was a huge plus. Thank you!

Condo inside hotel

We enjoyed the hotel. It would have been nice to have parking available. One bathroom for up to 6 people is tough. I definitely think there are better ways to help with noise from the street. I also believe there are small things that could improve the experience without costing a bunch of money like lubing the doors so they didn’t squeak. Good experience overall for the money.

A Great Place to Stay.

This property lived up to our expectations. It was exactly as the photos looked. Very comfortable and a great place for the family to relax after a day out. Close to an ABC Store and only minutes to the shops & restaurants. We had no problems but it was nice to know that we had a contact ph. no. to ring if we required anything. Street noise was loud at times but we had no problems sleeping.

Luan Waikiki Suite

The suite was very nice and comfortable. My only issue is that due to a set of un-insulated glass double doors that lead out to a street side staircase, the suite was extremely loud with traffic related noise.

Luana Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious for the six of us. The property manager, James, is a 5 star employee and super fantastic. He answered our questions and assisted on a couple issues with the condo promptly. We managed with only one bathroom. There was a hotel restroom (public) across from our room on the mezzanine level that we were also able to use as well. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher to sanitize the dishes/cookware between guests. It was a pleasure to work with Captain Cook Resorts when making the reservation. They were very helpful and check in/check out instructions were clearly stated. The condo is located within walking distance of Waikiki which was very nice for shopping and restaurants. No resort or parking fees which is a huge plus!The hotel provided a manager's wine and cheese reception and activities (i.e. lei making) to their guests. It was just right outside our door on the mezzanine level. However, when we showed up, we were informed that we were not a guest of the hotel. We were considered a "private resident." A little awkward and wished we were informed by the rental company. We would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Perfect Family Suite

Wine and cheese with Hawaiian music was a nice surprise. Only drawback is one bathroom for the 3 bedrooms. The condo is large with everything you need for a great time together including bbqs available on the pop deck.

Quirky but functional Rare 3 bed apartment

This 3 bedroom Apartment was a rare find in Waikiki. Excellent location. It appears to be a converted Law office so the entrance is through glass doors and there are no windows to the outside. However it served 6 adults well. Large rooms and good space for us all. Would recommend for a larger family group so you can all be together and not in separate hotel rooms.

5 night rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 3 bedroom condo at the Luana was comfortable and spacious for our group. Not only were the bedrooms large, but having a living room was much appreciated for relaxing with everyone together. In the kitchen, however, we noticed a few flies throughout our stay. The flies may have been coming in through the gap between the double doors in the living room, the doors that lead to the outside stairs. Somehow covering that gap in the doors may help. Regarding the air conditioning units, one of the remote controls may have been broken or switched with another room, so it was difficult to control the temperature in the largest bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others.
