This beautifully presented flat is conveniently located on the London Rd. A short walk along the artisan area of Walcot St, brings you into Bath City centre where you'll find all of the celebrated cultural & sporting attractions, as well as fabulous shops, and plenty of bars & restaurants to unwind in. The Avon & Kennet Canal is close by leading onto stunning walking countryside, making the perfect base to explore the best of both worlds Bath has to offers during your city break or work trip.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and has its own private front door. The interior is light and welcoming with stylish furniture and modern décor throughout.
The space offers an open plan living area with dining table and a well equipped fitted kitchen. The bedroom is at the back away from the main road and has a double bed and large wardrobe and there is a shower room with modern fixtures and fittings.
All fixture and fittings are brand new, with a state of the art Smart tv / Marshall Bluetooth speaker and well connected Wi-Fi
There is free parking a 10/15 minute walk away just further up the London road, off St Saviour's Road, there is also paid parking in the 24hr Morrisons carpark - the first 3 hours are free
All areas of the apartment are for the guests use
