"The Barn", som delar ingÄngen enheten med stugan, nÄs via en enda spÄr gÄrd lane "och Àr en ny omvandling av drygt 47 kvm. M. i golvytan.

Den har ett sovrum med dubbelsÀng och kan sova ytterligare tvÄ pÄ bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Det Àr vÀl utrustad med golvvÀrme, en braskamin, helkaklat vÄtrum, avskalade furugolv, synliga takbjÀlkar, gratis WiFi, platt-TV och ett fullt utrustat kök med granit bÀnkskivor. Det finns en liten tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare etc.

Innerdörrar Àr ek avsats och stagade och det finns en stabil dörren till huvudentrén. Franska dörrar leder frÄn vardagsrummet till en upphöjd uteplats och en grov stenlagd sluten gÄrd med bord, sittplatser och grill. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser pÄ framsidan av fastigheten.

Vi Àr glada att ta emot bokningar pÄ mindre Àn tre nÀtter men en minimiavgift pÄ £ 200. 00 kommer att gÀlla. Detta innebÀr att kalendern ska visa alla dagar som "tillgÀngliga ankomst" inte visas som "tillgÀnglig".

What a fabulous stay at this property. Beautiful location and cozy clean accommodation which is well kitted out with everything you need. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Was so nice to arrive to freshly baked bread and a lemon drizzle cake. We will definitely return, very convenient for us when our daughter is visiting her best friend in Bath. Lots of fabulous walks to do with the dog and fabulous scenery.

Everything was perfect well set up kitchen and very well appointed. Everything you needed for your pets was supplied. The host is the most hospitable host you could wish for. On arrival there is a fresh baked cake and loaf of bread and bacon eggs milk and butter in the fridge. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. This was a perfect stay

Lovely and peaceful place

Perfect for a relaxing week. It’s just a stone‘s throw from Bath, and also a great base for visiting Bristol and exploring the beautiful Somerset countryside. Would definitely recommend!

The Barn was fabulous. It was immaculately clean and had every item you needed for a few days away from home. It is situated in a delightful location and offers numerous beautiful walks to explore. We couldn't have been more delighted, and we are hoping to visit again very soon.

Amazing Barn with great views in a calm place not too far from Bath. We enjoyed the serenity and the fully renovated and equipped Barn. Felt very relaxing. Thanks for the lovely stock of food provided and the amazing lemon cake. Warm and welcoming hosts. Will definitely recommend this.

What a great place to stay! They lovingly call it a "barn," but it's really a beautifully finished apartment with all the amenities. It's a few minute's drive outside of the city in the picturesque countryside. I didn't want to leave!

Excellent stay

Superb property and perfect location for Bath. Clean, peaceful and the hosts were perfect. Made us bread and cake for our arrival. We got a bus from the village into the city making it super easy but you will need a car to access the half mile single track road to get to the property.

A lovely quiet setting and cottage with everything provided. An excellent cake and fresh homemade loaf of bread left to welcome us. Easy to find things in the kitchen and lots of cooking equipment. Peaceful outdoor space to sit and relax at the end of a busy day.

Magical peaceful cottage 4 miles from Bath

This is one of the few places I have stayed where I found everything I needed.. cooking equipment,bin bags, tea, milk, bread and cake, eggs provided.Stunning views.Easy to park in village and get bus to city centre.Chip shop in village was good. Spa had all essentials.So peaceful at the top of a farm lane... highly recommend

What a glorious place to stay. A cosy converted barn with all facilities you need. Lovely country farmside outlooks. Birds everywhere. An easy drive into Bath along little lanes and villages provided a quintessential experience of a small English farm

Amazing rural cottage
