Welcome to Haycombe Farm Cottage
Looking for a peaceful retreat that offers a perfect blend of coast and countryside? Look no further than Haycombe Farm Cottage. The farm is a working livery yard, nestled in serene farmland and just 4 miles from the nearest beaches. Our cosy cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Bedrooms : 3 Bedrooms
Main bedroom: King-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV
Second bedroom: Double bed, chest of drawers, and TV
Third bedroom: Two single beds and chest of drawers
Living Area : Open-plan kitchen and living room with an adjoining dining room

Dining : Dining table seats 6âideal for family meals and game nights
Bathroom : Includes both a bath and an over-bath shower
Kitchen : Well-equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine

Garden,: Enclosed and separate, perfect for outdoor relaxation (One part of the garden is currently under construction to add a hot tub, but we will ensure that work is not underway during your stay)

Farm Life : Enjoy the company of free-range ducks and chickens. We also have 2 friendly donkeys that love meeting new friends.
Pets : Dogs are welcomed, so bring along your furry friends.
Location : Just 4 miles from beautiful beaches, offering a tranquil escape while still being close to the coast.
Farmshop & Cafe : Just 2 minutes down the road is our Hilltop Farmshop & Cafe, providing all you need for your stay. Offering breakfasts, lunches, hot & cold drinks, and ice creams, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and a covered area suitable for dogs. Open Tuesday to Saturday until 15:00.
Livery Yard : The cottage is on a working livery yard, so there will often be horses around. For this reason, we ask that dogs are kept on leads around the farmyard. We're always happy to introduce you to our horses and donkeys if you let us know that youâd like to meet them.
Parking : Space for up to 2 cars.
