Lanteglos ligger på landsbygden i norra Cornwall och erbjuder den perfekta platsen för dem som söker både semester och strandferie.

Det finns ett skogsområde för barn

Landsbygden är mycket fredlig och även i de travla sommarmånaderna är den känd för en härlig avslappnad atmosfär. Men om du vill ha stranden - det finns ett urval av fantastiska sandstränder inom 10 minuters bilresa.

Padstow med sin hamn och kända restauranger ligger också inom en lätt bilresa, liksom Port Issac och Tintagel - hem för King Arthur legender.

Bodmin med sin ångbana som Eden Project är alla inom en lätt bilresa bort.

Den nyligen inredda egenskapen erbjuder 2 sovrum - ett med en dubbelsäng och den andra har en enkelsäng plus en Z-säng med en ordentlig comfy sprungmadrass så sover 4 med lätthet. Det finns ett uteplats bord och stolar att sitta och njuta av din soliga söderläge aspekt.

Det finns ett helt nytt fullt utrustat kök med Zanussi-ugn och keramisk spisspanna, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kylskåp, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare etc.

Badrummet var nyligen renoverat och erbjuder ett helkaklat badrum med power shower över badet.

Fastigheten är omgiven av vacker natur, vilket gör detta till ett underbart område för promenader. Det finns så mycket val med härliga kustvägar och den mystiska Bodmin Mooren till cirkulära promenader från fastigheten.

Det finns så mycket att göra inom en kort bilresa, inklusive Eden Project, Bodmin Steam Railway, Tintagel Castle etc.

Plus ett val av underbara sandstränder inom 15 minuters bilresa.

Plus Camelford Way cykelväg är bara 2 miles away. Det finns även ett cykelställ för att kedja dina cyklar till precis utanför ditt loungenfönster.

Schönes Apartement in netter Anlage

Wir hatten dieses Objekt als zentralen Punkt für unsere Cornwallreise ausgesucht und es war sehr schön. Das Objekt ist ein kleiner Bungalow in einer Bungalowsiedlung, die gepflegt wirkt. Bedingt durch das feuchte Wetter in Verbindung mit dem Wassersport muss man zwingend ein paar kleine Grundregeln zum richtigen Lüften beachten. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind ok. In der Küche findet man genug Geschirr für 3 Personen. Ich werde gern wiederkommen.

Perfect location to explore North Cornwall

Little holiday villa in lovely grounds, with access to a swimming pool, a badminton court and a small games room with table tennis, pool, sliders and table football, to keep the young ones entertained. Although some of the facilities were closed due to covid-19, the villa's location is great for nearby supermarkets and shops. We had an enjoyable stay.

Repeat booking to this delightful villa

Having throughly enjoyed my previous stay here I couldn't wait to re visit, it is my perfect escape from busy life - just delightful! The location is great for exploring but also offers the rural retreat best of both worlds! It is always welcoming, clean and tidy with all the home comforts you could possibly wish for! Will be re booking for my next visit very soon Deanna.

Unclean.

Empty vodka bottle found in bedside cabinet. Sofa cover stained & very uncomfortable. Cobwebs in every room. Dining table poor & wobbly. Needs a good clean. Kitchen well equipped. Such a shame because it could be very nice.

Beautiful and perfect location to explore East Cornwall

Truly is a beautiful secluded location really close to amazing family days out like Lanhydrock, Hidden Valley, Tintagel and the beaches near Bude. The property is well equipped and cosy, Camelford a mile up the road has a great pub, a well stocked mini market and the best chippy in the world! Our only issue is that it is advertised as having a washing machine, which is important with boys who roll in mud, sand, anything - in reality it has a derelict amenity building to serve many villas which includes a poorly maintained launderette with only one working machine.

Neat, clean, well equipped little villa.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The villa was just the right size for us, and is neat and well equipped. "Good things come in small packages " comes to mind! It was nice and peaceful and such a great location for exploring all the lovely things Cornwall has to offer. The children felt happy there and have already asked if we can go again! It was a very relaxing week, thank you. Recommended ****

Cosie and comfortable, ideal base.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week during August and found the Villa an ideal location for exploring all that Cornwall had to offer - at an excellent price. The occomodation meet our needs as a family, the children loved the 'little house' and it was comfortable and clean. We found some idilic beaches nearby and particularly liked Harlyn Bay. We braved the water in the Hotels outpool, again the children loved it. We left with happy memories of our first family holiday in Cornwall. All in all .... great location, cosie accommodation and a fantastic price - thank you x

Home from home

Myself and my husband booked our break at very short notice with Deanna the owner, who was extremely accommodating. We booked for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. We arrived quite late at night, but thanks to the clear directions we received upon booking we soon arrived in the carpark which offered plenty of secure parking not far from the villa. Villa 9 is set back in lovely grounds creating a peaceful and relaxing environment offering the perfect get away. It is like home from home, fully equipt with home comforts, very clean, well maintained and private. The beds were very comfortable and the built in storage were great. We also loved the sea side personal touches throughout. The complex is conveniently located to explore the picturesque cornish coast whilst sampling the pasties and cream teas. Trago Mill just 40 minutes away is a must see! Alternatively there is lots of on site activites available, we even had the games room to ourself one night! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa to anyone wanting to escape busy life, relax and explore.

Wonderful stay

I really cannot rate this villa highly enough as such great value for money. Brand new kitchen and bathroom and lovely modern ash laminated flooring. Some places on this site look a bit tired inside but I can highly recommend this owner and this villa. Everything was clean and it was great having Sky Sports and F1 on the TV as it meant my husband was happy. Also good to have the free WiFi to keep in touch. The site is well maintained and ideal for young children to run around outside the property. Even though there were a few other people staying the site is lovely and quiet and ideal for those looking for a peaceful break in the countryside. The weather was glorious and we even managed to go swimming in the sea - there were several beaches within a 15 minute drive so the best of both worlds beach and countryside. The hotel itself was closed when we arrived but we used the bar etc in Bowood Park which is next door and an easy stroll. The games room, tennis and badminton etc was still open on the site so we had a great time. The fish and chips in the Award winning fish and chip shop in the village were great and so was the food in the Masons Arms. We had one rainy day and took the children to the indoor pool at the Leisure Centre in Camelford. had a fantastic time and will certainly be back and will be recommending to friends.

Great stay

Had a great time in this holiday villa. It's situated in the grounds of a lovely historic country house hotel and did not feel like a holiday camp. The hotel facilities were great and we also used the bar at Bowood Park Golf Club which was next door and great for bar snacks (there was a restaurant there as well but we didn't use that). The position of the villa was ideal as so quiet and peaceful and as it was south facing we sat outside on the patio table and chairs to enjoy our lunch (when we were not out exploring). This was an excellent base to explore from and we visited beaches and drove to the Eden Project which was well worth a visit. We also went for a ride on the Bodmin steam train which the kids loved. Next time we will take out bikes so we can explore the Camel Trail. The 'villa' has recently been refubished (unlike some on the site) and has a new kitchen and bathroom and there was new laminate flooring throughout which made for a very comfortable stay. This property offered excellent value for money and I would have not hesitation to recommend to family and friends

We bought the property as a bolt hole to go and relax. We really loved the quiet countryside position but within easy reach or everything that Cornwall has to offer

We found it was great having the hotel facilities to use plus Bowood Golf Club is just next door and you can walk there to use their bar or restaurant or to play golf.

The property is also only a mile from the village of Camelford which has a Leisure Centre with Indoor Pool plus shops, banks and pubs etc and the Award Winning Fish & Chip Shop.
