Welcome to this amazing penthouse holiday home that sits 200m away from the beautiful El Saladilo beach on the New golden mile. This inviting newly renovated penthouse is close to Estepona and San Pedro, and with easy access to Puerto Banus and Marbella.
This property is spread throughout one floor, making it perfect for a family, with an open plan style throughout the house. There is a beautiful terrace with access from the panorama sliding doors in the living room with outdoor furniture, bbq area and stunning views to the sea. On top of that, the penthouse offers a large rooftop terrace with dinning area, sunloungers and outdoor shower all with panoramic views to the sea. This unique private outdoor area offers incredible views and loads of room for entertainment. The up-market urbanisation offers two stunning children friendly swimming pools, large open mature gardens with lots of greenery and has various social spaces full of sun lounges. From the penthouse there is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach which has a variety of restaurants, beach clubs and a great paseo. From the large beach promenade, which is children stroller friendly, you can walk all the way to Estepona on the right and to Guadalmina to the left.
