One-bedroom apartment near the sea and two beaches!

We offer for tourist rent a cozy one-bedroom apartment in an area with developed infrastructure. The apartment is 42 m2 and consists of a living room, bedroom, American-style kitchen, bathroom and balcony. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, towels and bed linen. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The convenient location of the apartment will allow you to visit two popular city beaches - Los Locos (200 meters) and Del Cura (600 meters). All infrastructure is within walking distance: hairdresser, pharmacy, shops. The popular supermarket "Consum" is only a 200 meters away! On the neighboring streets there are many bars and cafes where you can pleasantly spend an evening with a glass of Spanish wine. Accommodation option - two people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! For violation - a fine of 200 euros!

Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
