Villa Cangarela by Villas Guide

Villa Cangarela is located in the idyllic atmosphere of the Istrian village of Košutići. This rustic villa consists of 2 buildings and offers more than enough privacy for an extended weekend or a whole week with family or friends. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are certainly strong assets for staying in this villa. It is designed for 14 people, so if you have a larger group od friends, this villa will be an ideal choice for your vacation.

The interior of the villa covers 410 m² and consists of 2 buildings that can function as 2 separate apartments. On the ground floor of the first building you will find a dining and relaxation area consisting of a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, which is located in a separate room. There will be more than enough dining space - in addition to the indoor dining area, there is also a covered outdoor dining area. Each room has direct access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool. All rooms are air conditioned.

On the ground floor of the second building you will find another living room with a fireplace and a dining room and kitchen which are in a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals that you can enjoy in the indoor or outdoor dining area. Each room has direct access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There are 3 rooms on the 1st floor and 4 on the 2nd floor. Almost all the bedrooms have private bathrooms and are equipped with double beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, and among the additional amenities you will find towels and personal hygiene products.

In the courtyard of Villa Cangarela you will find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a sunbathing area, ideally located to enjoy the warm rays of the Istrian sun throughout the day. In addition to the large swimming pool, there is also a small wellness oasis in the form of a hydromassage pool. When it gets too hot, relax in the shade of the lounge area on the terrace. In the evening, gather around the outdoor dining area and enjoy a barbecue and homemade Istrian wine. And as an added bonus, the villa also has an indoor wellness area with an infrared sauna. If you wish to explore the surroundings of the villa during your stay, you can do so on foot, by car or on 2 wheels. In fact, the villa offers electric bike rentals. Close to the villa is the world famous Višnjan Observatory, and there is also the town of Višnjan itself, which will captivate you with its historic streets.
