OM TOBY'S CRAB SHACK:
Tobys Crab Shack är en liten bit av himlen precis vid havet i Brookings, Oregon - bananbältet i Oregon på grund av det ovanligt fina vädret jämfört med resten av kusten. Observera att ikonen på kartvyen är felaktig. Tobys är faktiskt 2 mil norr om Harris Beach och sitter på en bluff över havet vid Rainbow Rock.

Stå i vardagsrummet, matsalen, köket eller balkongen och ha en fantastisk utsikt över Stilla havet och stranden. Fantastisk utsikt över fiskebåtar, valar, sjölejon och vågor som krossar mot de stora stenarna är bara några av de saker du kan uppleva direkt från din bekväma stol i lägenheten. By far the best VRBO condo we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in you smell the cleanliness and feel the welcoming vibe. The location is perfect with a million dollar view and a quiet corner in paradise. The beds are so comfortable as is the sofa and 2 reading chairs with 3 sides of picture windows—this makes you feel like you’re in the outdoors! Valerie the property manager is such a true gem! She responds immediately to any questions you may have, she gave us some good dinning suggestions and family friendly activities to enjoy while in Brookings. 2 nights just wasn’t enough!!! Next time we come we want to stay no less then a full week. Toby’s Crab Shack is a true gem…the pictures and descriptions are spot on but when you enter in person it’s so much better!! We stayed for the second time at this property and its been a great experience as usual. Specifically, the cleanliness, attention to details, the views from the balcony need to be highlighted. The location was perfect for our hiking needs. The check in process was smooth and familiar. Having the garage access helped as there wasnt enough parking spot. Will come back here.

Wonderful condo with a fantastic view.

The home is fabu and the view is incredible. But the hostess, Valerie, is better than all of that. She called us before the tsunami warning and let us know what the sheriff was telling her. We left, to be safe, and Valerie made sure we were safe, invited us to her place, higher ground.

Beautiful Setting

The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we were able to see seals laying on the rocks in the ocean every morning. The beach associated with the condo was our favorite beach to explore and were able to see tons of crabs, starfish, sea anemones. Would absolutely stay again!

A slice of paradise

Amazing views, very well equipped, clean and quiet. This is now our favorite place to stay, and we have traveled all over the world. Valerie was excellent, she checked in on us frequently and was available when needed. We would definitely come back.

Peaceful rest.

This was the perfect spot for our family. We loved walking down to the beach at low tide and finding the cave tunnel! Also enjoyed the trail out back. Amazing views, clean and QUIET property. Will definitely come again!

35th Anniversary

We celebrated our anniversary this week. We try and go to the coast every year. This condo was a beautiful place with a beautiful view. The alcove was a perfect place to read and nap. The biggest downside to it was the walk to the beach. The path is well laid out and marked, but the trip back up was quite challenging if your not used to walking uphill,

A short stay in Brookings

We stayed at the property for a few days in early October. It is in a gated condominium complex on the bluffs to the north of Brookings which is about a 7 minute drive away. Outstanding view of the Pacific and we saw seals and whales from the deck. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything you need for a nice stay. There are some nice beaches to walk on (or hike to) that are within a 5 minute drive. Overall, a very nice place to stay if you do not mind a short drive to places where you can go for a walk or to go into town.

A comfortable spot with with an unforgettable view

What an unforgettable view of a dramatic southern Oregon coastal cove, ideal with both a sitting-patio option and an indoor viewing nook with panoramic windows. The place is very clean and the furnishings are quite comfortable. Being a corner-unit, it also feels relatively private. The complex was serene and simple to navigate. Communication with the host was exceptional and our experience went very smoothly. I couldn't have asked for better.

Perfect place to stay in Brookings

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Toby's Crab Shack. The condo layout worked great for our family of four and it's so well stocked! The owners have thought of everything and the views are incredible. We'd absolutely stay again!

A Gem with a View

Toby’s crack shack is an invitation into a rental unit that is clearly used and loved by its owners. The view is absolutely stunning and the condo is very well stocked and comfortable. This is one VRBO listing that is as good or better than it appears online. A gem on the Southern Oregon Coast.

Fabulous birthday retreat

Valerie puts the personal human contact into VRBO. She called me twice before my visit with information, which provided easy contact with her when the storms encouraged me to delay my visit two days. Valerie’s responses were quick and helpful. The condo is perfect in every way! It’s the best location in Rainbow Rock Condos. I appreciated their precious water conservation advice and their concern about fires on the nearby beach leading to wildfires. Recycling is great too! And, the view is so relaxing and healing!

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is even nicer than the pictures. The view was outstanding! Because of the way the property was situated you get a bit of a sunrise view as well as a sunset. I woke up early most mornings and sat in the chairs facing windows on 3 sides and just soaked in the view. The condo was also super clean and very well equipped. The reclining chairs and all the beds were very comfortable. As well, the manager of the property, Valerie, was excellent (very helpful with prompt communication). We have already recommended the place to others and would love to return.

Best seascape in the best condo that we've ever stayed in on the Oregon coast.

We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed in the accommodations. We come here to relax and take in the grandjour of the Pacific. One cannot look upon such power and beauty and not give praise to our most Sovereign and amazing God. How great and magnificent is our God!
