The comfortable living room includes underfloor heating and is equipped with a smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, Nintendo Switch, and Starlink internet. The fully equipped kitchen features a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, perfect for enjoying the preparation of meals. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances: a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, mini wine fridge, toaster, blender, juicer, mixer, hand blender, ice machine, freezer, dishwasher, BBQ grill, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, waffle maker, meat slicer, cutlery, and spices. The dining table with 8 seats is ideal for family gatherings. This floor also includes a guest toilet.

On the first floor, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and private balcony. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, underfloor heating, hairdryers, bathrobes, towels, complimentary shower gel and shampoo, Smart TV, Netflix, and super-fast Starlink internet. The middle bedroom also features a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (180x200 cm), perfect for additional accommodation for two people.
