Set within the town’s historic conservation area, this Grade II listed cottage blends period charm with modern comfort, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the high street, friendly pubs, and the tranquil River Deben. It’s perfect for couples, solo travellers, remote workers, and young families alike.

Whether you're curled up on the sofa with a film, unwinding in the bath after a day out, or enjoying your morning coffee under the garden’s twinkling fairy lights, Deben Cottage invites you to slow down and relax.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with soft linen, a smart TV with Netflix, and a vintage-style desk for work or creative moments. A travel cot (dimensions: 85 × 45 cm) and high chair are also provided for families with little ones. The kitchen, though compact, is well-equipped – ideal for rustling up a simple meal, especially if you’ve picked up something delicious at the Thursday market.

Dogs stay free – we’ve included a dog bed and bowl so they feel just as welcome as you do.
