Beautiful south facing villa situated in the popular urbanization of Capistrano Village which has access to all the facilities within the complex including the large communal pool, gardens bars and restaurants.
The villa has sea views, private pool, spacious garden, two terraces one with table and chairs ideal for dining al fresco and the other by the pool which has access to an outdoor kitchen with large fridge freezer and outdoor sink.
The villa has a private entrance and parking for at least on car and is built over two floors, access to the main house is via a small flight of stairs (so unsuitable for clients with walking difficulties or mobility problems)
The property comprises of: a fully equipped modern kitchen with all fridge / freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and crockery).
The open plan living room is furnished in a modern style with a large dining table and chairs, a large comfortable sofa and a small sofa lounger. There is Wi-Fi Internet, international TV and hot/cold air conditioning.

From there you can access a garden at the side of the house. On the other side of the pool area is the access to a private garage and utility room where the washing machine is stored.
Furthermore, the property has a private bedroom/ studio which has an independent access via the garden and is equipped with two single beds, comfortable sofa, fully fitted wardrobe air conditioning and a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
This villa offers sea views and is south facing. It is a very good option to spend the perfect family holiday to enjoy the sun and the climate with total privacy.
