Mornings may find you stepping through the sliding doors and out onto your very own private balcony to take in the fresh Cornish air. Guests are encouraged to make use of the ample storage facilities.
The second bedroom Twin provides a peaceful spot to rest in the presence of seaside reminders and storage spaces for clothing.
Cockleshells presents a contemporary open-planned kitchen diner that ticks all the cookery essentials including a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. This bright and airy space has been designed for laid-back family dining, ideal for enjoying a full English breakfast or afternoon tea and cake.
The upstairs family bathroom continues the nautical theme featuring sand-toned tiles with a contemporary finish. Guests are invited to take advantage of the full-piece suite including a shower over bath, bathtub, WC, hand wash basin and heated towel rail.
Cockleshells provides guests with a downstairs WC and hand wash basin. A bonus feature for family staycations.
Located at the rear of the apartment, Cockleshells offers a compact courtyard for guests to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning or an ideal space to store beach items. This area can also be accessed by walking around the left of the property, a perfect opportunity to store the wetsuits, body boards and surfboards after a full day at the beach.

Access Statement: Cockleshells is a duplex apartment split over two floors. Guests are required to enter through a ground floor communal door into the apartment block. The entrance into the holiday home is immediately on the left once inside. The external door leading out of the kitchen to the rear outside patio area has a step over threshold.
Please Note: The parking space is located outside the holiday home, directly in front of the patio doors beside the EV charger.
Sevadis Commercial EV Charger 7.4kw Untethered. Please note that this charger is run through Fuuse in which the owner of the property sets the rate of the units used to charge a guests vehicle.
