Nestled in the peaceful rural hamlet of Porchfield, between Cowes and Newport, Dassia is a charming holiday home that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this lovely property provides the perfect base for your Isle of Wight getaway.
ACCOMMODATION
Dassia is well-equipped with all the comforts of home, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay. The spacious layout includes:
Lounge: A cosy space with comfortable seating, a dual-sided wood-burning stove, a TV, and direct access to the garden.
Dining Room: A spacious room with a large dining table, perfect for family meals, and a second wood-burning stove for added warmth and charm.
Kitchen: A modern, well-equipped space with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for home cooking.
Conservatory: A bright and airy room overlooking the garden, offering a peaceful space to relax.
Shower Room: Features a WC and hand basin.
Additional WC: Located off the entrance hall for added convenience.
Utility Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer, with a door leading to the side garden.
Master Bedroom: A light-filled room with a king-sized bed, bedside tables, a desk, and large wardrobes.
Second Bedroom: Can be arranged as a twin (on request), with built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, and a desk.
Third Bedroom: A twin room with a bedside table and dressing table.
Outdoor Space:
Offering the perfect space to unwind at the end of a busy day exploring the Island. Enjoy the fresh air and stunning views of the surrounding countryside in the large garden with comfortable seating area on the patio and a hot tub.
For hygiene reasons, the hot tub water is changed between each guestâs stay. Please be aware that the water may take until the first morning of your visit to reach its optimal temperature. Nonetheless, the hot tub will be available for your use during this time.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PLEASE NOTE:
Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of ÂŁ40 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of ÂŁ200 before check-in.
If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.
This property can accept a maximum of 3 pet(s). The charge is ÂŁ35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
