A comfortable two-person apartment near the ski resort and other services!
This apartment, completed in 2020, is located on the middle floor of a loft building and offers accommodation for two people (+extra bed for 1â2 people). The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room/kitchen area where a sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. You can watch TV from the sofa and also enjoy the glow and warmth of the fireplace. The kitchen also has the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking. Additionally, the apartment includes a sauna, bathroom, WC and a private parking space. The apartment has a spacious balcony from where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Remote work is also convenient here, thanks to the high-speed fiber-optic internet connection. The front yard provides access to a downstairs storage room, where you can store sports equipment, service skis, or dry wet outdoor clothing in the shared drying cabinets of the building.
The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. From the property, you have direct access to ski trails and hiking paths. Other amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and the ski resort, are conveniently located within approximately one kilometer. The nearest ski lift is about 350 meters away.
