Located on the first floor and accessible by stairs, the apartment features an open floor plan designed for both relaxation and convenience. The inviting living area includes a cosy single sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Step out onto the private terrace furnished with chairs, and savour a peaceful moment with your morning coffee or tea.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave, along with essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a washing machine and ironing equipment are available to meet your laundry needs.

The serene bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need for a refreshing start to your day.

Located in the heart of the Arroios district, the property is surrounded by a vibrant mix of history, culture, and modern conveniences. The area is well-connected by public transportation, with the Intendente metro station just a short walk away, providing easy access to the rest of Lisbon. Several bus stops, including Igreja dos Anjos and Paço da Rainha, are also nearby, making it simple to navigate the city. For a unique experience, the historic Elevador do Lavra, one of Lisbon’s famous funiculars, is within walking distance, offering a scenic ride up to the Largo da Anunciada.

The neighbourhood is rich in history, featuring landmarks such as Palácio Pombeiro, an 18th-century building originally owned by the Castelo Branco family, known for its elegant yet discreet architectural style. The area is also home to charming accommodations like Casa do Conde, a guesthouse offering stunning city views and modern amenities.

For those looking to indulge in Lisbon’s renowned culinary scene, there are several excellent dining options close by. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
