Lissabon Downtown - Lägenhet i historiska centrum

Lägenheten ligger i det historiska centrum av Lissabon, i närheten av Sao Cristovao och São Lourenço. Lägenheten ligger på 1: a våningen i ett sjuttonhundratalet byggnad som byggdes efter jordbävningen i Lissabon 1755 och renoverades nyligen (2011). Dessa arbeten utfördes som en del av en arkitektur.
Lägenheten har en bra ljus och komfort. Det har trådlöst internet, och även kabel-TV. Här kan du ta en Nespresso eller njuta av en god flaska portugisiskt vin.
Detta område är mycket nära Castillo de San Jorge (10 minuters promenad) och samma avstånd floden och Bairro Alto. Det är mycket centralt, eftersom det är i hjärtat av staden. Det är mycket nära Rossio och Figueira-torget. Det är 1 minut från Rossio tunnelbanestation och en parkeringsplats. Det har många transportmedel finns precis intill (tunnelbana, buss, spårvagn och taxi) och de olika handels, inklusive en mini-marknad.
Det är ett mycket lugnt område och byggnaden är belägen i en typisk fotgängare trappa till slottet San Jorge.

Short stay in Lisbon

Short 4 day layover in Lisbon. Our host André was excellent. Picked us up at the train station and provided lots of useful information concerning Lisbon and the surrounding area. A very cute, little apartment, well maintained and with some delightful added treats. Thanks André for everything.

We had an amazing time staying at André’s unit in Lisbon. André is the perfect example of how every host should treat their guests—he picked us up at the airport, left us wine, delicious pastries, and a special Port that we absolutely loved. He was always available if we needed anything. The apartment is in a great location, perfectly situated between Lisbon’s main neighborhoods.There were occasionally some homeless people outside the building, but they never interacted with us or caused any issues. The unit also got a bit warm during the heatwave, but we expected that given the weather and lack of AC.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a big part of why we loved Lisbon so much. Highly recommend!

Great location and matches description

Appartement is spotless, as in photos. Small but big enough for 2. Comfy bed. Left extra bottle of wine and provided ample tourists details picked us up complimentary at airport upon arrival. Easy communication and accommodating. Central located and can do most of the visits by feet. The only negative was few couple junkies down the street shouting during the day (only). As a couple we did not feel threatened but we wouldn’t have felt comfortable with younger kids.

Wonderful stay

Little gem in a big city

This is a wonderful, comfortable home well stocked with anything you might need. It is so easy to walk or tram anywhere in Lisbon. Grocery and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Andre is a fabulous host picking us up at the airport and providing a full day private tour. Everything rates an excellence! We would be so fortunate to stay here again.

Excellent Base from which to visit Old Lisbon

Charming little apartment, centrally located, close to conveniences, restaurants, Fado bars, shopping districts and tourist points of interest. Our host was charming, very helpful and provided a great deal of information on Lisbon and Portugal. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone contemplating visiting Lisbon.

Charming, comfortable, perfectly located apartment

My wife and I greatly enjoyed this apartment, which is ideally suited for exploring Lisbon. Andre was a gracious host who made us feel very welcome, and we found the apartment cozy and well-appointed. We would definitely stay there again — in fact we look forward to doing so!

Tourist friendly location Lisbon

Overall the interior of apartment was very clean and with all amenities we needed. Living area and kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However this street does not have air conditioning and weather was 30 degrees hot. Location to tourist areas was awesome and easy to walk. Host Andre was very prompt professional with all his communication. Thank you, Bruce.

Small but cosy

Small but very well equipped apartment. Andre couldn’t have been a better host. Super communication before travel, sent lots of information and suggestions for our trip to Lisbon. Collected us at airport. Location very good. Nice furnishings, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Would book again if back in Lisbon.

Great apartment in good location

The owner Andre was terrific and took care to think of every detail. He gave directions to get there and walked me to the property which is close to the metro line. He went over all details of the property and had a map and many details about the city, gave recommendations of places to go. I felt safe and comfortable. The place is very easy to find and navigate back to. Highly recommend this apartment.

Well Located in Lisbon

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. Andre the owner is exceptional and goes out of his way to make your vacation memorable. From the time we met at a local cafe we knew we had made a new friend! The apartment is so central to all attractions. Loved it!

I love to travel and see the world around me. I like being with friends, organize dinners with wine tasting. I love photography, music and a good movie for me stir feelings. I am a friend of my friend and I appreciate sincerity.

The apartment was bought for my daughter to have a place to stay in admission to the University. I am preparing her future but she is only 13 years old and until it is available shouldnt be used because the closed building, unused for several years, it will be more easily degraded.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The apartment has a quiet environment. The building where it is located, has only two tenants (one upstairs and one downstairs), which helps no noise and be friendly. The location is good because it is within the city center. And while you are at the beginning of the hill, a staircase where there are no cars and giving access to the Castle of San Jorge. Magnificent.
