Gästerna kommer säkert att njuta av en minnesvärd semester i denna fullt möblerade, fyra sovrum, tre-nivå lägenhet. Denna mysiga lägenhet har kul för hela familjen. Det finns gott om plats i detta bekväma stad på tre nivåer. Ingångsnivån har en foajé, två sovrum (ett med en king size-säng och ett med en full säng) och ett fullt badrum. Hela sovrummet har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda i garderoben. Den lägre nivån erbjuder ett vardagsrum med välvda tak och takfönster, matplats och öppet kök. Två sovrum (ett med en full säng och det andra med en bäddsoffa) och ett annat badrum fullbordar den övre nivån. Överraskningar finns i överflöd med två separata takstolar med två sängar. Ett loft ligger i dagbäddsrummet och har ett Wii-spelcenter. WiFi, TV / videobandspelare och många spel och böcker avrundar denna lägenhet. Soligt och trevligt, detta stadshem är en enkel promenad till Community Recreation Center.
Gästerna ligger 2/10 mil från Community Recreation Center och kan gå över för att njuta av två uppvärmda inomhuspooler, två uppvärmda utomhuspooler, tre spa, gym, spelrum och omklädningsrum med bastur. Det finns basket, tennis och volleybollplaner också. Dammet har en sandstrand, flytbrygga och paddelbåtar. Du kommer att ha tillgång till fyra samhällscentrumpass. Barn under sju år är gratis. Du kan köpa ytterligare dagspass för $ 10 per dag på vardagar och $ 20 på helger och helgdagar.
Det finns två pubar / lounger på platsen i Community Rec Center, "Summit Lounge" och "Mountain View Lounge." Det finns en tredje, "Tail Spin Lounge" i vår egen Campton Mountain Ski Hill Base Lodge (öppen säsongsöppen).
Vi är belägna en halv mil från Campton Mountain Ski Area, där gästerna kan njuta av skidåkning och snowboard för $ 15 eftermiddag eller natt skid sessioner. Waterville Valley Ski Resort (10 Miles) och Loon Mountain Resort (19 Miles) ligger också i närheten.
Njut av golfutflykter på Jack o 'Lantern, White Mountains, Waterville Valley och Owl's Nest. Alla dessa kurser ligger inom 20 minuter från lägenheten. Du kan också tillbringa dagen och njuta av attraktioner i närheten som Clarks Trading Post, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale Water Park, Flume Gorge, Polar Caves Park, Lost River Gorge och Santa's Village.

The bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The place is pretty run down. So much stuff made it feel quite cluttered. Things under beds. Windows filthy from the outside so it felt dingy inside. It was clean enough but shower curtain liners need to be changed.

Very disappointing

This property is very spacious with lots of rooms but it felt like you were staying at an elderly relatives apartment with all their stuff still in it in it. There's no room to store food as the cupboards overflow with the owners plates etc. The washing up sponge looked old and used and if you use the dishwasher there's a note to say you will run out of hot water. The pillows seemed stained. The fridge and freezer doors were both full of half eaten food (including shrimp!) The sheets looked stained too and the towels had definitely seen better days. A few hours after pointing this out to the owners they put it down to my preferences not being the same as theirs and that the cleaners were meant to empty the fridge.Plenty of space in the kitchen but a lot of was overloaded with hen memorabilia. The plug in air fresheners were a bit overwhelming as was some signs with their course language on display. The review book was filled with loving reviews a lot of which seemed to be from friends and family. This might be someone's idea of "exceptional" but it certainly wasn't ours.

Quiet getaway close to lots of activities

Property has plenty of space for all, including the Pets! Trails, workout area and pools are all close by, and the area is quiet with friendly and respectful neighbors. Clean, ample sleeping and bathrooms, kitchen well stocked to feed the entire party. Corner location so no traffic to bother sensative pets either. Definitely on the short list for our nect visit to the area

Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at the pet friendly Black Bear Lodge! The place was spacious and so well stocked…perfect for a multi-family gathering, but also worked for just the 2 of us. The area was quiet and close to the various mountain adventures we had planned. The community center was a short walk down the hill. Theres a bar with decent food options and the pool area was fun…there was live music on Saturday afternoon!! The walk back up the hill is no joke though!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Unique, fun condo near Waterville Valley

Great spot in Waterville Estates. We enjoyed all the decor, lots of chickens and fun NH inspired decor. Comfy beds and home had everything you need while away. Only negatives were the drive up Campton mountain to get to the condo, need 4WD for the roads leading up to. Lots of stairs to get to home but so cool with the 3 lofts in the kids loved that! Plenty of space for a large group. Very special place, thanks for sharing!

New Year’s getaway

We stayed at the condo with our friends (4 adults and 4 kids ). We had very good time. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient, it’s close to rec center, hiking trails and skiing. We would deffinitelly come back.

Family Vacation

This is a cute condo in the mountains. It was a well stocked rental that met our needs for this vacation. With 4 bedrooms it did give us each a space at night. The living area/kitchen is on the smaller side but being surrounded by family this wasn't an issue.

Nice stay

Cute place, decent amenities at the community center, the comforts of home. Adela was very responsive to my questions including ideas for fireworks on the 4th. Fairly central location (an hour) to lots to do in any direction.

cozy condo

very fun spot with ample bedrooms and cozy nooks to hide children. Beds were comfortable, all windows opened and there were lots of fan which we really appreciated! To use this property you must be good with stairs, but was great for our trip. would rent again.

Wknd getaway

Just a Bday wknd getaway place was more than we needed really but was comfortable tv situation wasn’t ideal. Most of the places we stayed had better setup. I TV didn’t work at all and main tv cable wasn’t connected. The furniture other than beds was horrible one couch was injury hazard and kitchen chairs were the same. Stayed in the Whites many times and this place falls toward the bottom on those things but was ok although over priced

Awesome place!

We have stayed at multiple rentals before but this one is the best stocked of any of them. Coffee, tea, Keurig, paper plates, foil, baggies etc. Snacks for us were on the kitchen table. Nice touch. Very good instructions are included inside. It is huge. We only had 3 people and could have changed into a different bed every night. We highly recommend this place!

Great condo in the mountains

Very happy with our stay. The lofts are not viable for kids under ten but we had plenty of space for 6 adults and two kids under 8. Great value. Very happy with the property
