- an eat-in kitchen with snack table, equipped with a hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee pod machine, refrigerator and all the utensils for cooking your favourite meals. There is also a small terrace.
- a fabulous panoramic terrace where you can relax with a nice drink or have your meals al fresco
- 2 very comfortable bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub
- a laundry area with washing machine
- a very large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, chaise longue that can be converted into a single bed, smart TV, wardrobe and small terrace
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of coupling them) open wardrobe and ceiling fan
Initial cleaning, bed linen and towels (1 set of 2 towels per person), bath mat and courtesy soap set are included in the final price offered by VRBO.
The Municipality of Rome Capital has established that short tourist rentals are subject to the tourist tax. The amount due is EUR 6 per night, per guest, up to a maximum of 10 nights, even if not consecutive, but used in the calendar year. The fee is collected directly by Airbnb, which then pays it into the municipality\'s coffers.
