This luminous studio is very well equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It can accommodate up to 2 guests with its cozy double sofa bed. Indulge in culinary delights in the separate kitchen, with oven, stove, microwave, washing machine... The studio features a bathtub and a separate WC.
The flat is a perfect HQ both for business and leisure trip!

It's like a small village, in the immediate vicinity there is the famous Butte aux Cailles with its terraces, bars, and Parisian bistros. The hill offers an unparalleled view of Paris. Nearby, you can visit the Parc Montsouris for a green break. Also, the apartment is very close to Place d'Italie with its cinema complex and shopping center. You will love the neighborhood!
