Villa Piamonte is designed for comfort and relaxation. Located near the renowned Hotel Illa Dor and the picturesque Pine Walk area of Puerto Pollensa, this villa offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and serene surroundings, making it an ideal getaway for families or small groups of friends.
Villa Piamonte features three beautifully appointed bedrooms that create a warm and inviting ambiance. Each room is thoughtfully designed with contemporary furnishings and ample storage, ensuring a restful nightâs sleep after a day of exploration.
The heart of the villa is its spacious open-plan living area, where natural light pours in through large windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering during your holiday. You can enjoy your meals at the elegant dining area or step outside to the outdoor terrace for al fresco dining under the stars.
The villa includes a private pool for your exclusive use, along with sunbeds for everyone. Thereâs also a chill-out area perfect for reading your favorite book or enjoying a sundowner.
Additionally, the villa benefits from air conditioning in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi access throughout the house.
Please note that there is a refundable security deposit of ÂŁ500 subject to no damages caused.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20⏠per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10⏠for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
