Enjoy this sunny villa with a heated pool (see below). Located in the quiet Calamares neighbourhood, just a 7-minute walk from the beach and seafront promenade. Here, you'll find bars, restaurants, shops, groceries, and more.
The home has all you need for a great holiday: Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with BBQ, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers.

Welcome to Casa Estrella âïž
Step through the wide entranceway and into the welcoming living room. Here, you'll find an open kitchen, a door to the terrace, and access to the bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a door to the terrace. At the other end of the house, there is a second bedroom with two single beds that can be moved together, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.
POOL AND TERRACE â±ïž
The pool is heated all year with solar heating. For extra warmth during the winter months, we offer additional electric heating for âŹ15/day.
The terrace and pool deck feature a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining area, a small coffee table and six sun loungers to help you catch the sun. A gate between the terrace and pool deck can be locked for child safety.
The garden faces south and enjoys sunlight throughout the day.
Currently, there is only a low fence between the garden and the neighbourâs driveway.
Guest access
The villa is one half of a semi-detached property. You'll have private access to your side of the villa, including a private pool and laundry room. Only the driveway and clotheslines are shared with the neighbouring house.
You'll also have access to the community's tennis court and pool.
Other things to note
Bed linen, bath and beach towels, as well as basic kitchen supplies (e.g. cooking oil, salt, and pepper), are included in your stay. For stays exceeding 10 nights, a change of towels and bed linen is offered free of charge.
In accordance with Spanish tourism regulations, the following details must be submitted before check-in for each traveller: full name, date of birth, nationality, identity document type and number, and phone number or email.
