Ett lyxigt ett sovrum, en badrumslägenhet belägen i en lugn golfresort på Barbados södra kust. Lägenheten ligger på övervåningen och har en stor täckt främre balkong med utsikt över poolen. Denna balkong är möblerad med två solstolar och ett matbord med fyra stolar för utomhusmat, eller en grill. Den bakre balkongen, som leder av loungen, står inför de härliga, kalla östliga vindarna och har utsikt över den 4: e fairwayen på golfbanan. Dessa två balkonger ser till att du har tillräckliga avkopplings- och nöjesområden för att njuta av det vackra tropiska vädret i Karibien. De snygga tropiska vindarna på kvällarna kan verkligen uppskattas avkopplande på någon av dessa balkonger. Denna ljusa luftiga planlösningslägenhet har blivit väl underhållen och är en extremt cool lägenhet.

Inomhus rymmer vardagsrummet bekvämt 6 personer och har en stor takfläkt. En av 3-sits soffan omvandlas till en bäddsoffa så lägenheten kommer att sova 4. Det finns också en matplats med ett matbord och 4 stolar. Vardagsrummet är också utrustat med en 32-tums kabel-tv, en multi-region DVD-spelare med ett urval av DVD-skivor, en radio, telefon och gratis tillgång till fibernät.

Köket är välutrustat för dem som vill ta sig själv. Inkluderat i köket är ett stort kyl / frys, spis, mikrovågsugn, mixer, kaffebryggare, brödrost, strykbräda och strykjärn. Det finns ett bra urval av krukor, kastruller, grytor, köksvågar och olika redskap.

Det finns tvättmöjligheter i klustret, som rymmer fyra tvättmaskiner, fyra torktumlare och utomhustvättlinjer. Gratis tokens ges till gäster vid ankomst för användning i tvättstugan.

Poolen har ett bra urval av bord, stolar, solstolar och paraplyer för gästerna i Citron Arbor-klyftan. Massey stormarknad och postkontor ligger 9-10 minuters promenad från lägenheten. Massey ger också en artig buss tillbaka till Rockley Resort. Stränder, restauranger och affärer ligger inom en 10-12 minuters promenad bort, liksom den populära 1. 6 km Boardwalk som sträcker sig längs stranden från Accra Beach till Camelot.

Städning ingår en gång i veckan och det finns parkeringsmöjligheter för gästerna.

Golf och tennis är tillgängliga, dessa kan bokas via anläggningens klubbhus. Också finns på klubbhuset är Fairways Cafe & Bar där du kan ha en härlig måltid till mycket rimliga priser.

Amazing property.

Enjoyed the peace and tranquility . Love that we were in walking distance to the beach and supermarket. The apartment has everything you needed , it’s home away from home. Highly recommend this property.

Short stay

Exactly as described. Very safe very spacious with an exceptionally well furnished balcony overlooking the pool. Nice owner who took the trouble to call me when my flight was delayed.

Excellent property and location

Really enjoyed our time here. We love to get out and explore the island and this was an excellent location for doing so. Also within walking distance for Rockley Beach and a few cocktails. The property and facilities were very good and we used the golf course club house for drinks and meals a few times. Comms with Pat were excellent throughout the 18 months we were waiting to get out here. Thank you 😊

Amazing Stay

We couldn’t have asked for more! The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and positioned perfectly above the pool area. The area is well maintained and the added fun of watching the monkeys from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Communication from our host was brilliant and she was always quick to respond to our questions. I feel like we found a little gem of a place and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you.

Fin leilighet

Leiligheten var bra, og så ut som på bildene. Fin terrasse, Vi likte bassenget veldig godt. Kort vei til supermarked og gåavstand til Rockley Beach. Pat anbefalte transport til oss og hjalp oss å få tak i property manager når varmtvannet ikke virket.

Excellent place to stay

Before leaving we had several questions, and Pat Murphy patiently answered them all. The apartment was very clean, and the place was perfect for our needs. The beach is a bit of a walk, but not that far. Thank you again Pat for all your help.

The perfect place to stay in Barbados

We truly loved staying at Pat's home! From the second we walked in until we left we felt as if we were "home". Pat's home is decorated with a relaxing vacation in mind, very clean and is very family friendly. From the shower with the pebbles in it (the shower floor has pebbles instead of tiles) to the bookshelf with plenty of books to 2 balconies that one can choose from to relax. We were very hesitant to book this property due to there being no reviews but Pat was able to alleviate any concerns that we had and we are so happy that we went with her home. Our main questions as we were travelling with 2 young children were if there was a king size bed and if there was WIFI. She responded very quickly with the sizes of king beds (US vs UK) and reassured us that the bed would fit us and there was also a pull out bed in the TV/living room area if we needed extra space. As most parents to young children know, no matter how much you try to "kick" them out of your bedroom they always find their way back! That being said, the kids loved the pull out couch the first night, but the rest of our 2 week stay, the kids slept with us and it was a comfortable fit. Bonus, the air conditioner worked perfectly and we would turn it on about 5 minutes before bed to cool the room down before we went sleep. The WIFI also worked!!!! This is one of the only places we have ever stayed in Barbados that the WIFI actually worked and we have been coming here for a few years now. There is also a laundry present in the complex and that was an added bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans as well as cooking and eating utensils. To save money, we had packed the basics we knew we would need ( Pam cooking spray, pasta, coffee, snacks for the kids etc) and brought it in from the States as Barbados' supermarkets tend to be pricey and bought the perishables from the store. We cooked most meals as eating out for a family of 4 is very expensive! The closest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk and by car is almost 2 mins. Pat's condo also overlooked the pool and there is a beautiful patio that one can sit out at night and have dinner. The front side of the condo also has a smaller patio and that overlooks the golf course. We would definitely recommend Pat's home to anyone who is looking for a romantic getaway, family getaway or anyone who just wants to get away from the stresses of daily life. It really was the perfect place to stay! Can't wait to return!

A beautiful cool and spotlessly clean and fresh apartment in a lovely location. Close to shops, supermarket, bank, restaurants and beaches. A spa and a hair salon are located at the far end of the car park opposite Rockley's offices. Golf and tennis available. Excellent fibre wi-fi and air conditioning in the bedroom.

Located on a quiet relaxing resort surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. East balcony overlooks the 4th fairway on the golf course and the west balcony, which is covered, overlooks the pool. Centrally located with a supermarket a 9 minute stroll away. Courtesy bus from Massey's supermarket stops just outside Rockley Resort. The closest beach is a 10-12 minute walk. A Post Office and ATM are also next to the supermarket.
