Malahne is a set in the heart of the old historic fishing village Port Isaac, most famously known as being the set of the ITV series Doc martin. Port Isaac has plenty of places to dine, including two of Nathan outlaws eateries which hold three Michelin stars between them. Beautiful coastal and moorland walks for scenery nearby, some featured in the BBC drama poldark, as well as Doc Martin.

Beautiful coastal and moorland walks for scenery nearby, some featured in the BBC drama poldark, as well as Doc martin.

The appartement has no parking, Access to the first floor apartment is via an exterior staircase in a charming courtyard (we do not own the courtyard), where guest have use a balcony for alfresco dining.The balcony looking down on the lovely courtyard with the cliff face as its fourth wall.

Port Isaac is set on the South West Coast Path, so the walking is glorious here. Local buses run up and down the coast regularly.

Location was very good, but the flat was riddled with spiders and was dusty. We gained access after waiting three hours for a response from the host. Without the manual for the cooktop we couldn’t cook. I had to wash the sheets for one of the beds upon arrival. A dish towel and a towel in the main floor toilet would have been appreciated as would an extra role of toilet paper.
