There are excellent local amenities including a supermarket, a pub, a restaurant and coffee shops. It’s an ideal base if you want to get out and about exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk. Enjoy lovely walks on Peddars Way and the North Norfolk Coast Path, or birdwatching at nearby nature reserves including RSPB Snettisham (3 miles) and Titchwell (10 miles). Snettisham has its own beach with water sports on offer or you can drive a little further around the coast to visit Hunstanton (4 miles), a traditional seaside resort, and Brancaster (11 miles), where you’ll find unspoilt stretches of golden sand. Don’t miss a visit to the Royal Sandringham Estate with its parkland to explore by foot or by bike; history enthusiasts can admire the house and garden.
This stylish brick and carrstone cottage has been refurbished to provide a cosy base from which to explore and enjoy Norfolk. Make your way in via the entrance hall to find its open-plan lounge/diner which is the heart of the holiday home. Comfortable seating and a Smart TV offer space to relax and recline in front of your favourite boxset; the French doors extend the peaceful oasis further into the courtyard garden. Feast at the dining table after cooking up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen. When you’re ready for bed, head up to the first floor to find two bedrooms with contemporary styling and comfortable beds that will provide a restful night. Choose between a king-size bed or twin beds, both sharing the shower room with a walk-in shower.
Outside, you’ll find a small, enclosed courtyard garden with a bistro set for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee. There is an allocated parking space at the rear and on street parking at the front.
