We love the quiet location of this holiday home, tucked away yet only a ten-minute drive into Yorkâs historic centre and within walking distance of one of Yorkâs shopping parks.. 1 step to entrance.

Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Red Oaks is a neatly presented bungalow, perfect for a relaxing stay near the historic City of York. This cosy home features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a small four-foot double, ideal for couples or small families. The house bathroom includes a bath with a shower over, providing convenience after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen offers garden views and modern electric appliances, including a washing machine and microwave. The inviting living/dining room is a great space to unwind, complete with a smart TV and French doors leading out to a lovely patio with seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
Located just a short walk from a friendly local pub and the popular Monks Cross and Vanguard shopping centres, Red Oaks offers excellent amenities on your doorstep. The bungalow is well connected, with fantastic bus links into York and a park-and-ride service just two minutes away.
