The 285 m² house has a living room, separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en suite) and a living room with TV, all distributed over two floors with spacious, bright and well ventilated rooms.
On the main floor, which is accessed directly from the street, there is a spacious and comfortable living room with a closed gallery, perfect for relaxing at any time of the year. It has air conditioning, Smart TV, free WiFi and large windows that provide natural light. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and all the necessary utensils.
On this same floor you will find three bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom), a full bathroom in the hallway, a cozy living room with television and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor there is a fourth attic room with a pull-out bed, ideal for the little ones or as an additional rest area.
