"Villa Seniola" är en mycket modern lyxig villa med magnifik utsikt bara några minuters promenad från Jávea / Xàbia gamla stan och 1. 5 km från stranden. Den har privat pool, trädgård, två terrasser, stor naya med vardagsrum och matsal, fem dubbelrum, tre badrum (ett badrum), vardagsrumsrum upp till tio gäster och stort vardagsrum.

På bottenvåningen hittade vi två rum, ett badrum, köket (fullt utrustat för tio personer, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, etc.). Loungen-matsalen och naya med soffor och bord som är idealiska för mysiga frukostar. På övervåningen finns tre dubbelrum, två badrum (ett badrum), vardagsrum och terrassen. (Satellit-TV och DVD finns). Gratis tillgång till internet (Wi-Fi)

Raul is the best

We had such a wonderful week in the villa. We arrived quite late on the first nigh and everything was shut. Raul just drove me to the supermarket to pick up some supplies, so that we could eat, which was so nice of him. The house was brilliant. A ten minute walk from the old town and about 30 mins from the beach, but there is a great little train/bus that takes you down from the old time. I can't recommend this play highly enough.

Javea 25

We had a fabulous family holiday at this villa, there is loads of space for 10 people to relax and get together. The villa is well equipped with dishes and glasses. It is within easy walking distance of thd old town bars and restaurants. The outside area could do with some tlc, cleaning and weeding etc and also some cushions for the sunbeds. The inside lacks mirrors, which makes geting ready to go out difficult, especially for the younger members of our party! That said the location was excellent and the host was fantastic, letting us leave luggage, and promptly responding when we had no wifi.

Large villa for family holiday

Communication with the host, Juan, was excellent. We had baggage issues, which meant we were very late getting to Javea...Juan met us and showed us around the property, even at the very late hour! The villa is huge and the outside space and pool were great. It's a great location, 20 min comfortable walk to the nearest supermarket. 40 minute walk to Arenal beach, down the back lanes, which were very quiet...perfect for a baby to nap, en route! We made good use of the facilities and cooked at home quite a lot....bbq's were great. negatives: a lot of the crockery is either cracked or chipped and should really be replaced. My son in law made a coffee, which leaked out of one of the cracks in the mug. We also found we had to wash quite a bit before we could use it....perhaps needed checking before the next visitors checked in? that said, when I messaged to say we couldn't find any oven gloves, Juan came around that evening, with new ones.. The travel cot and high chair were pretty grubby too. we washed the high chair cover but not a lot we could do with the cot....my daughter ended up putting the baby on a double bed(luckily she was not rolling yet) as she was not happy to use the travel cot. We had room to spare, otherwise this would not have been an option. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday, but a little attention to detail would have made it so much better. This place could be an absolute gem with a little tlc

Casa muy recomendable para ir a Jávea

Esta casa es muy agradable, mi familia y yo estuvimos encantados y lo pasamos estupendamente. El supermercado está a 5 minutos en el coche. Sólo salimos a comer fuera una vez porque estábamos muy bien, lo que es una ventaja. Recomiendo la barbacoa si no hace viento, porque una noche hacía un poco de viento y el humo retrocedía por la chimenea y no salía hacia arriba. Situación muy tranquila. La casa estaba limpia. Seguro que volveremos.

Delightful holiday

Very enjoyable stay at a lovely property. We wish we could have stayed longer. Raul was very attentive, and any problems (light bulbs) were dealt with promptly. Change of linen and towels was done every week and the pool was regularly maintained by Raul. The grandchildren absolutely loved the pool. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. Than you.

De villa is netjes en rustig gelegen. In 15 minuten wandel je naar het pittoreske centrum van Javea waar veel restaurantjes zijn. Het gezellige havengebied en het Arenal strand met boulevard liggen op loop- of fietsafstand. (ca 3 km) Kortom een prima locatie en een mooie villa. Raul is een goede gastheer en reageert snel mocht je een vraag hebben. De uitrusting van de villa is goed en wij kregen wekelijks schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Ons verblijf van 3 weken is erg goed bevallen!

Tal y como se ve en las fotos y la descripción, muy espacioso. La comunicación con Raúl perfecta, muy agradable. La casa tiene aire acondicionado en todas habitaciones. La cocina bien equipada. Buena estancia

La casa es igual que en las fotos, amplia y cómoda. Menaje muy completo, mucho espacio de almacenaje, cocina buena. Con una segunda nevera/congelador. La mesa del porche está muy bien y casi todo el día a la sombra. La piscina está bien para todas las edades, buena temperatura porque le da el sol todo el día. Vistas al campo. La recomendaría.

Fuimos 8 adultos y disfrutamos la estancia. Tal y como aparece en la descripción. Sólo éramos 8, pero caben 10 personas. Todo muy espacioso. La situación muy tranquila y cerca del casco antiguo. La barbacoa perfecta. Seguro que volveremos.

Muy bien

Estuvimos sólo 3 días que fuimos a Jávea. La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos, está muy bien. Todas las estancias son amplias, tiene un salón comedor grandísimo en la planta baja y otro salón en la planta alta. La terraza fantástica sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que hemos estado a principios de noviembre, pero con buen magnífico. La casa muy limpia y completa. Mesa grande. La situación de la casa es tranquila y no masificada. También es agradecer la atención prestada por Raúl, repetiremos seguro.

Family memories

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Seniola, the pool was a huge hit with the entire party. We were a party of 10 adults visiting Javea for the first time. The old town is beautiful and a walkable distance. The beach and port are a car drive away, offering a huge choice of restaurants. It would have been useful to have a guide/recommendations to restaurants and beaches in the local area at the villa. The Villa is well equipped for 10 people although there is a lack of mirrors in all the rooms and no full length mirror (essential for young adults). We will certainly return to Javea

Fabulous Family Retreat

A real home from home. A great villa with very spacious accommodation, a beautiful pool with a fabulous bbq area and in a lovely peaceful location. It is located about a five minute walk from the old town, which is simple stunning. It's approximately five minutes by car from most of the larger named Spanish supermarkets and very convenient for a quick trip to the beach. A fabulous place to go and make memories with all the family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was able to contact the owner quite quickly for an issue that occurred. On the negative side the villa was looking a little tired and with it really just being the beginning of the season I thought some better maintenance work would have been done. There was a lot of kitchen crockery that needed replacing and the garden furniture was in a poor state.our main concern was that there was a deep end to the pool and there was no markers to the depth,which would have been helpful as we had children in our party,there was also tiles missing from the pool floor and concrete missing from the steps up to the villa at the back.

Beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings

Exactly what we were looking for in a villa for a week stay. Just a 10 minute drive from the beach full of bars/restaurants, and just a 5 minute drive from essential shops. Would highly recommend to anyone for a clean and beautiful house. Will certainly come again!

Very spacious house with great views.

Lovely, large house, very clean. Great views and good WiFi. Towels were provided. Pool was enclosed and not too deep for the kids. The pool area and garden needs some TLC. We were missing pool net, hairdryer, clothes pegs, cushions for sunbeds. The saucepans were a bit scratched. However, Raul was very helpful and as soon as we raised these, he sorted them out quickly. Overall just small niggles. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Well-maintained, peaceful and perfect location

A beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa. We were a family of 8, ranging from grandparents to 15 month-old twins. Everything worked perfectly and the villa was spotlessly clean. Initially we were rather concerned about all the marble steps, but the veranda was huge, and we 'barricaded' the steps leading down to the garden, using the patio chairs. It was good to know that the twins were safe, should we take our eye off them! The villa was in a quiet, peaceful location, a 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Supermarkets and shops a 5 minute drive. The beach was a 'hike' to get to, but we knew that when we booked, and the pool was so safe and well maintained, we did not feel the need to get to the beach very often. There are some lovely walks, and we took the 'scenic' route when walking to the beach and back. Probably a half-hour walk, which was really relaxing. We would love to stay there again - Raul and his wife were very helpful, and lovely people.
