We are proud to present this two-bedroom, two-bathroom Penthouse apartment located in the gated complex Valentino Golf III, in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa. This is a newly built apartment with large windows, modern yet comfortable furnishings, and air conditioning throughout. You’ll have a home-from-home experience in this property. Valentino Golf III is a complex that offers a communal swimming pool, an outdoor workout area, a pétanque court, and a children’s play area. With 3 golf courses all within a 5-10 minute drive, this apartment is a golfer's paradise. Fully Legal for both Tourist and Mid-Term Rentals, Decree Law 9/2024.
The Space:
The penthouse has 2 bedrooms, both offer plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and an ensuite toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and bedside cabinets. The family bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
The main living space is an open-plan area with a comfortable sofa, a modern TV unit with Spanish television channels, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc. All you need for a self-catering family holiday. The air conditioning is both hot and cold and is vented throughout the property.
This penthouse boasts both a lovely balcony and its private solarium. You access the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms via sliding doors. The balcony has two comfortable chairs and a small coffee table. The washing machine is in a utility closet on the balcony. There is a staircase that leads to the ample solarium from inside the property. The solarium contains a dining table perfect for al fresco dinners, Sun loungers, and an outdoor shower perfect for cooling off.
This property also has the bonus of lift access, a parking space within the gated community, and Wi-Fi available throughout. While renting this penthouse, you have access to the communal pool, outdoor workout area, children's play area, and pétanque court.

For guests who love to shop, Zenia Boulevard, Costa Blanca’s largest outdoor shopping center, is only a 10-minute drive away. For Golfers, there are three golf courses within a 10-minute drive - Villamartin, Campomor, and Las Ramblas as well as many more within a 20-30-minute drive. This region is rich in blue flagged beaches, Playa flamenca, La Zenia, etc, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or water sports, all within a 15 minute drive. This property is ideal for everyone as there is always something to do.
Getting Around:
We reccomend a car to make the most of your stay here in Orihuela Costa. Both Alicante and Murcia Airports are within a 40 minute drive via the motorway AP7 or a little longer on the N332 if you prefer to use the national roads.
