We are proud to present this modern 2 bedroom apartment in Villamartin. Valentino Golf III is a newly built complex that offers a communal swimming pool with an adjoining children’s pool, Outdoor gymnasium and children's play area in the communal gardens . The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk (15 minutes), from the well-known Villamartin Plaza, which hosts several bars and restaurants that offer live entertainment. You’ll have a home-from-home experience in this property! For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
The property has 2 bedrooms, both offer plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
The living and dining area has been planned out beautifully, it’s an open plan area with a comfortable sofa, modern TV unit with international tv channels, and a dining table with chairs. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc.
This property has hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the entire property, and you can also access the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms via sliding doors.
The balcony is located just off the living room and has 2 chairs and a coffee table. The washing machine is in a utility closet on the balcony. There is a staircase that leads to the ample solarium from inside the property.
