We are proud to present this modern 2 bedroom apartment in Villamartin. Valentino Golf III is a newly built complex that offers a communal swimming pool with an adjoining childrenâs pool, Outdoor gymnasium and children's play area in the communal gardens . The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk (15 minutes), from the well-known Villamartin Plaza, which hosts several bars and restaurants that offer live entertainment. Youâll have a home-from-home experience in this property! For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. The property has 2 bedrooms, both offer plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
The living and dining area has been planned out beautifully, itâs an open plan area with a comfortable sofa, modern TV unit with international tv channels, and a dining table with chairs. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc.
This property has hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the entire property, and you can also access the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms via sliding doors.
