Introducing Villa Emi. Come and enjoy this villa located in a quiet residential area next to Cala del Advocat on the Benissa coast, which offers a beach bar during the summer. Just a 5-minute drive away is the beautiful Cala Baladrar, which also offers a beach bar. Villa Emi is halfway between the popular tourist towns of Moraira and Calpe, where you can enjoy an excellent vacation experience visiting the most prestigious beaches and coves of the Costa Blanca.
The villa's advantageous elevated position allows for beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Just a couple of minutes away, you will find a wide variety of traditional local restaurants, offering a taste of the Mediterranean lifestyle. From the street, stairs lead up to the private pool terrace, which forms the heart of the exterior, surrounded by sun loungers, a bathroom with a shower, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and an excellent level of privacy.
