Studio in Alvor-PortimĂŁo, in the Torralta area, with capacity for up to 3 people (maximum 2 adults), is the ideal refuge for those seeking comfort and proximity to the sea. Fully equipped and located on the first beach line, it offers stunning views over the ocean, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Located just 50 metres from the golden sand of Praia dos TrĂȘs IrmĂŁos and 55 metres from its rocky version, it allows you to enjoy the best of both sceneries. Furthermore, it is 74 km from Gago Coutinho International Airport (Faro), in a quiet and privileged area, literally next to the sea.
Equipped with: Washing machine, iron and hair dryer (for worry-free stays).
Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning/heating by heat pump (comfort in any season).
Balcony for moments of pure relaxation.
A kitchenette, with a ceramic hob, includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker â everything you need for practical and delicious meals.
Perfect for couples or small families who wish to wake up to the aroma of the sea and enjoy waterfront walks just steps from the door.

- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMĂO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2⏠per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1⏠per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use.
Meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T0: Electricity - 100 kWhs and Water - 4 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
