Our charming 70m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space featuring a plush sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city. There is a TV to watch all your favourite shows. You can also dine with loved ones on the kitchen table.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
There are two bedrooms. Both have a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The Arran Quay area has undergone various transformations over the years, blending its historical significance with modern developments. Nearby, St. Paul's Church, designed by Patrick Byrne in Greek Revival style, features a grand portico with statues of St. Paul, St. Peter, and St. Patrick, sculpted by Joseph Robinson Kirk in 1870.
Close to the River Liffey, Arran Quay dates back to 1800s, with granite quay walls reflecting its architectural past. Residents and visitors can enjoy a mix of traditional and contemporary amenities, including cafes and shops, contributing to the area's vibrant community atmosphere. Its central location offers convenient access to Dublin's city centre, making it an attractive place to live for those seeking a balance between historical charm and urban convenience.

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
