Denna semester tillflyktsort är en nyligen ombyggd, obefläckad, 2 bäddsrum övervåningen lägenhet, beläget i hjärtat och själen i gamla Sarasota. Gå till Sarasota mest önskade platser, inklusive Shelby Gardens, Bay Front Park, Southside Village (har allt, bästa restauranger, sportbarer, nattklubbar). Allt detta bara 1/3 mil eller mindre från lägenheten. Stränder, antingen LIdo eller # 1 stranden i USA, Siesta Key, 3 miles eller 10 min bilresa!

Peaceful Respite

Our stay at the Nest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Nest". Pat and Joe met us at our agreed upon check in time and gave us a quick, yet thorough tour of the property. It was exactly as described, and more.We were in town to visit my parents who live in Sarasota and celebrate my 60th birthday. The location was perfect for everything we had planned. We had wonderful time and the weather was perfect. We would definitely book another stay when we visit again.Thank you once again!

Sarasota trip

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. Several good restaurants within walking distance. We loved having a nice cool place to relax after being out in the heat at the rowing national regatta. We would definitely stay here again when in this area.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay at the Nest! Location was ideal; nice neighborhood - walking distance to bay front and some great restaurants and Morton’s Market in Southside. Clean, spacious bedrooms, lots of beach gear (no bikes currently). Short drive to Siesta Key and St Armand’s. Pat and Joe were lovely hosts and we hope to return!

Great stay!

What a lovely stay in Sarasota! Joe and Pat were wonderful hosts and the apartment had everything we needed during our 5-day stay. Conveniently located and an easy drive to the beach, downtown, etc. We will definitely be back!

Best vacation rental ever

A charming, comfortable flat in a lovely neighborhood that is close to downtown Sarasota and the beaches. The hosts are a charming couple who have thought through every little detail to ensure that all your needs are met throughout your stay. We will be returning.

Pat & Joe, are great ! The apartment is comfortable and furnished with everything you will need and also those things you may have forgotten :) Including beach chairs, etc. Highly recommend.

Exceptional in every way

We had an excellent stay. The property as listed was accurate and even better when we arrived. Our hosts were accessible and accommodating and a pleasure. There was nothing not to like...except we wish we could have stayed longer.

Home away from home

Stayed for a almost a week to drop daughter off to school and it was so nice to have a beautiful place to stay at that had all the comforts of home, and close to everything we needed. Not having to stay in a cold hotel room each night made it easier for us. Great people and so welcoming to their place.

We appreciated staying at the Nest. Pat and Joe coordinated with us ahead of time to show us around.l and checked in with us during our stay. There are two nice size bedrooms that can be used as offices as well. Thank you.

The Nest is best.

We were more than happy with the hospitality we received from Joe and Pat. Their place is close to everything and so clean. The owners are very helpful with everything from grocery stores to restaurants. We will definitely be back to the Nest.

Great Location, Had Everything We Needed

We were told when we arrived “The Nest” had everything we would need, and they were right! It truly was a home away from home and meant we didn’t have to carry as much on the plane. Not only that, but the bikes provided were great as Downtown Sarasota was just a short 5-10 minute ride away. We loved our stay at the Nest and would recommend it to anyone!

The perfect place in the perfect location!

This cute little apartment had everything we needed for our short girls' getaway! Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and a Keurig too! Pat and Joe are the most gracious hosts and provided a ton of info on all the local places. They even brought us drinks when we arrived! So special!! We had a fantastic time and will definitely book again when in the area.

What a perfect accomodation!

We really enjoyed our time at the Nest! It was a perfect location. Clearly, the owners put a lot of thought into anticipating the needs of their guests from salt and pepper and a few spices, coffee, shampoo and body wash, paper products, and sunscreen to large, thick beach towels. We really appreciated these 'extras' as we flew in! Thank you for helping us feel pampered.

The Nest was comfortable and well appointed with extra’s we appreciated including a cooler, beach chairs, a yoga mat, shampoo & soap, plenty of towels, paper goods, etc. The location of the Nest is excellent allowing walking to restaurants, shopping, the marina. A win win for us. Thanks Joe
