Om du letar efter en lugn strandsamhälle och en ö-livsstil än du är på rätt plats. Enheten är inredd i ö-stil med en king size-bekväm säng, platt-TV i vardagsrum och sovrum och ett fullt utrustat kök. Det som är riktigt trevligt är att på Lido kan du parkera din bil och gå (eller cykla) eftersom allt du behöver är i närheten. Det är inte ovanligt att våra gäster får taxa in för veckan.

Som utomhus? Lido har parker på norra och södra änden och kajakparken ligger två kvarter bort. Stranden är ett kvarter bort och vi erbjuder strandstolar, paraply och svalare.

Hungrig? Det är en 5 minuters promenad till berömda St. Armand's Circle med 15+ restauranger och exklusiva butiksaffärer. Våra favoritplatser är på Tommy Bahamas restaurang och tittar på folkmassorna går förbi medan du smutar på en martini eller på uteplatsen vid Columbia med en kanna cava sangria-gjorda bordssida.

Natt på staden? Njut av vackra centrala Sarasotas fina middagar, teater, opera, balett, konstgallerier, antikaffärer och museer eller bara passera tiden medan du promenerar i butikerna i centrala Sarasota. Longboat-nyckel och Siesta Key ligger några minuter bort.

Sängkläder, handdukar, solstolar, paraply och svalare tillhandahålls - ta bara med din tandborste! Om du har glömt det - fråga! Vi har det förmodligen.

Amazing beach retreat

This was our second stay here. The condo had everything we needed with an ideal location for access to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Communication before and throughout our stay was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

Sand and sun!!

This spot was a lucky find! Walkable to Lido beach, the Trolley, and “the circle”.Our unit was freshly painted and redone due to the storms last fall. Highly recommend!!

Winter paradise

This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in! Great location. Loved the beach relaxing decor. Spent several afternoons, relaxing on the back patio under the palms. We enjoyed walking to the beach, St Armands and the neighborhood. Jan and Chris, our hosts, were delightful and offered helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay!

The property was clean, perfect for two or three people. The location couldn’t be more ideal. Only a block away from the beach and less than a mile from shops and restaurants. The owner provided a great book with tips for touring the area. She was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for the 2 of us and the location was just what we wanted. Close to the beach and St Armand's Circle. Kitchen just renovated and new bathroom as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect condo for a couple!

Perfect stay! Very accommodating and helpful owner! Bikes and kayaks a plus! The condo was within walking distance to the beach, kayaking park and restaurants and shopping! The condo was very comfortable for my husband and and I and very clean! The bed was comfortable and the complex was quiet!

Short but lovely stay!

Apartment is well appointed and nicely located near the beach and St Armand’s. Had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to update the beach equipment. Was grateful it was there but it’s getting a little tired.

Lido Key Paradise

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Jan's place. The apartment is very cozy, spacious and extremely clean. The attention to detail is spectacular. The location is perfect from the beach and St. Armands shops and restaurants. The covered parking is a plus and it is a very quiet complex. Jan was very attentive and checked with us making sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitively be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Paradise

My wife an I just spent a week at this amazing condo. We were just one block from one of the best beach in all of Florida. The condo was clean and very bright. The location to Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, and Armand's circle was wonderful. The court yard off the bedroom was so peaceful in the morning with my coffee. I will go back in the spring for two weeks.

What a Terrific Place to Experience Lido Key

Lido Key and St Armond's is a terrific beach community within walkable distance from our unit. Our hosts, Janice and Chris, were very conscientious and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better couple to rent from. They provided plenty of "toys", went beyond the call of duty keeping us informed of "happenings" in town during our stay and made any small repairs immidiately. We would visit again without hesitation. thank you so much for making our first Sarasota stay a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful loved every moment spending time in this lovely condo. Everything you need is here. Lido Key Beach 3 min walk absolutely gorgeous. Saint Armands circle 5 min walk plenty of shopping and FOOD ! And there’s far too much to explore in the area. We need to come back! During our stay Janice looked after us as if we were a family member. Huge thank you and loads of love. We would love to return to this fabulous holiday home.

Perfect Beach Retreat

This is our second time renting from Janice and Chris, who are wonderful hosts. They meet you personally at check in and review all the details of their lovely condo that is just a short walk to Lido Beach and to St. Armand's Circle. The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, full of amenities, and has a newly refinished bathroom that is gorgeous. The little patio area off the bedroom is private and the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the am or a cocktail in the pm. The large walk in closet has plenty of room all the necessary items to pack for the beach and there is a rolling beach cart with chairs and an umbrella making it easy to walk to the beach. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of this rental or with the lovely owners, Janice and Chris! Our only disappointment was having to leave this little paradise.

We are Chris & Jan and we have lived on laid back Lido Key since 2013 and owned on Lido even longer. Both of us are retired (Chris recently - yahoo!) and as we say we are "living the dream" on Lido.

Jan's a retired banker from Maple Shade, NJ which is where we met in 2000. At that time she did not know I would become the way for her to move to Florida away from the snow and ice of winters. We've been together ever since. She's also the brains of our rentals.

I’m a Florida native that grew up in South Florida beaches and have lived all over the state. I'm retired after having worked as a Sales & Marketing Executive seemingly spending more time on planes and in hotels around the world that at home over the past 20 years. I'm pretty handy and handle the maintenance.

We've been so fortunate to have made so many friends with people that have rented from us and many come back year after year.

No place better than Lido. This is a small complex of 10 condos that's quiet and convenient. Lido Key is located on a laid back barrier island close to trendy and vibrant downtown Sarasota on the west coast of Florida. The area is known for great beaches, good food, outdoor activities, local attractions and lots of sunshine. We are centrally located on Lido Key a block to the beach and short walk to St. Armand's Circle for boutique shopping and outdoor seating restaurants. Downtown is minutes away.
