The spaces are designed for relaxation, featuring large Smart TVs (85” and 65”) with 4K Netflix subscription, comfortable sofas (one convertible into a double bed and the other into a single), and rocking chairs. The elegant and spacious dining tables are perfect for sharing convivial moments.

KITCHENS:

The fully equipped kitchens include a dishwasher, oven, cooktop (one induction and one with 5 burners), refrigerator with freezer already stocked with fresh water, coffee machine with pods, kettle with tea bags, as well as all utensils, pots, dishes, glasses, and cutlery needed to cook just like at home.

SLEEPING AREA:

Each apartment offers a cozy and well-organized sleeping area. Comfortable double beds with quality mattresses, large wardrobes for clothing storage, and also a desk for working or studying in peace. Both apartments have a loft: one features a single bed, perfect for an additional guest, while the other offers a private double bedroom with a direct view of the Ghirlandina.

BATHROOMS:

The bathrooms, recently renovated, are equipped with spacious shower enclosures, sets of towels (hand, shower, bidet), soaps, shampoo, hairdryer, and non-slip mats. One of the rooms also has a second private service bathroom.

Both units are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The extremely central location allows easy walking access to the main attractions of the city, such as the Ghirlandina, the Cathedral, and Via Emilia Centro.
