Varmt, kristallklart poolvatten. Fantastisk stjärna som tittar på molnfria nätter som du inte skulle föreställa dig. En genomgående trevlig bris på fjället håller flugorna och gnattarna borta. En kort bilresa från den berömda byn COOPERSTOWN, Cooperstown All-Star Village, BASEBALL HALL OF FAME, Otsego Lake, Glimmerglass Operahus, Glimmerglass State Park, samt många andra lokala attraktioner.

Huset har satellit-TV, trådlöst internet (WIFI) och 10.000 kanaler om du behöver det.

Du kommer att vara så nära DREAMS PARK (7 minuter) att du kan komma tillbaka till poolen och BBQ mellan spel. Och låt oss inse det, maten som du lagar hemma är mycket mer näringsrik och läcker än vad du skulle få i parken ... Bara säga ...

På bottenvåningen finns två vardagsrum med platt-TV. En utdragbar bäddsoffa finns i vardagsrummet. Det finns två matsalar, ett stort kök, halvt badrum och en frukostkrok på denna nivå. Ett däck på baksidan leder till en 40 x 20 uppvärmd pool i marken med ett dykbord och vattenrutschbana.

Great property and location for Dreamspark trip!

We loved this property, the location and grounds were fabulous. We had a couple of unforeseen issues during our stay, the boiler/water heater failed, which was a bummer, but they tended to the issue very quickly, and both the owner and property manager were very communicative and concerned about making our stay enjoyable even with this unexpected issue. We would definitely come back if we are in the area!

Great choice for families of Dreams Park players

The house and property were perfect for three families with younger siblings of Cooperstown players - who loved the golf hole in the backyard and the pool. It was the best of all worlds for us - plenty of space, beautiful outdoor property with gorgeous views, and excellent proximity to Dreams Park. And a quick drive to breweries. We plan to be back in two summers when our younger boys are playing themselves and would be eager to stay here again.

Beauty & Baseball

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property! Not only was the house perfect for our group, it was clean and the communication with the property manager, Shawn, was timely and pleasant. When we were done playing, grandparents left and the boys showed up to spend the last night with us, it was the perfect ending to a great trip!!

Great property for our family!

We stayed here during our baseball tournament week. It was a great home away from the ball fields. Plenty of room for our family. We loved being able to relax and hang out at the pool and watch the cows. Had a slight issue with the water temp but Shawn, the house manager, responded right away and had it fixed early the next morning. Would love to stay here again!

Great stay for Dreams Park

Wonderful house. Very spacious and everyone had their place to be. Kitchen extremely well equipped. The pool was amazing and a great way to cool off. Super location close to a couple great breweries and an easy drive to Dreams Park and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for big groups.

Great House!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house in Cooperstown. Clean, plenty of space and a convenient location. Minutes to the ballpark and grocery store. Kids loved the pool and golf hole, while the parents enjoyed the patio and peaceful setting. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful property/a few hiccups

We stayed here with another family for our son’s baseball tournament. The house was very nice and had all of the comforts of home. Lots of space, well supplied kitchen, pool, and smoker/BBQ. The pictures on the website are a bit outdated. Things look a little different. We cooked each night and were comfortable all week. The only major problem we had was the washing machine. It was broken before we got there. We were told the day before we arrived and weretold it would be fixed by the day we checked in. The washer was never repaired during our stay (due to warranty company difficulties). We ended up having to go to a local laundromat to do our laundry. Huge problem for us since this was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We were heavily relying on the ability to do laundry throughout our trip for the boys baseball clothes as well as ourselves, since we packed light thinking we could do laundry. It worked out but was a huge inconvenience. The owner of the property was very gracious and kind worked with us. Overall, the area and property is gorgeous!! The cow neighbors next door were a real treat to visit each afternoon, especially for a bunch of city beach goers from California.

Great Cooperstown Dreams spot

Stayed here with 3 other families. You are less than 10 minutes from Dreams park. It has a lot of space both on the property and in the house. Lots of places to hang out and lots of places for the kids to run around. Would stay here again.

Pirates in Cooperstown

Wonderful rental minutes from downtown! Fully stocked kitchen, working outdoor Weber grill, lots of indoor living space and bedrooms on a beautiful and peaceful piece of property. We had a larger group and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool provided lots of refreshment after hot days of baseball! Highly recommend staying here. Notes for bigger groups considering staying here: there are a total of three showers but two are in the same bathroom with access from the bedroom with two beds only. We didn’t mind it and shared space as needed. The other full bath is shared and upstairs with full tub/shower. You’ll want to bring your own towels. We always had warm water for showers. Run the “tough” cycle on the dishwasher as “normal” didn’t seem to dissolve the soap or wash pods. WiFi wasn’t the greatest and was in and out and slow. But we had some pretty good storms with lots of wind while we were there. Overall, a fabulous stay!

Cooperstown Visit

We had the best stay for three families for cooperstown. House is best location possible to Dream Park. House is spacious and everything you need. Pool was delightful for between games and drinks on the patio! We really had a great stay!! truely 7 minutes from the park.

Worked exceptionally well for a Cooperstown Dream Parks trip

This was a great property, with everything we needed for our trip to play baseball at Cooperstown Dream Park. The pool and golf tee helped entertain all ages in the down time and the location made trips to and from the park easy! We plan to come back to Cooperstown in 2 years and hope to book this spot again!

Great home, great experience!!!!

We go to Cooperstown every year for a Labor Day weekend adult baseball tournament and this house met all of our needs. Beautiful setting, heated pool with a nice outdoor space for adults and kids alike with a BBQ, spacious home with plenty of beds and entertaining space inside as well. House was immaculate when we arrived, pool pump was running and up to temperature. Had a group of 11 sleep comfortably which included 2 toddlers. James was an absolute pleasure to deal with, answering any and all questions promptly. Will definitely rent again in the future. Could not ask for more

Liam's Tournament week

The house is ideally situated for attending a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park, less than a 10 minute drive to the park or downtown Cooperstown. Unfortunately it rained every day and that limited our ability to use the outdoor amenities.

Beautiful country home

Absolutely comfortable, clean, and inviting home on the outskirts of Cooperstown. This house was perfect for the needs of our whole family. Just minutes to many attractions and restaurants and the freedom to stay “home” and entertain as well. Recommended.

Lovely property

My family and I stayed for a week. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is beautiful. We really enjoyed the quiet location. The stargazing was amazing! And we loved the pool. The house is very nice. The only drawback was the Wifi. It is not good at all so be prepared to use data. And the beds could be updated. They were a little uncomfortable but overall it is a very nice house. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool could use a wildlife step and an mess over the filter entrance. Every morning we rescued about 10 frogs and lizards from dying in the filter. But I would recommend this property for its beauty and also its proximity to Cooperstown and communication with the owner was very easy.
