Great Place for Large - Very Close to Cooperstown

We had a get-together of our immediate family from all over the country to meet in Cooperstown, and this was a perfect place of us with a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen. We had a lot to catch-up on and it has a warm, homey atmosphere which was ideal. We couldn't have had the same experience in a hotel.

Amazing house and location

The house was clean and spacious with a great layout for our four families. Each family could have their own space while still enjoying a great amount of common space. Location to town and Cooperstown Dreams Park was excellent! The owner was very helpful, quick to respond and friendly.

Great long weekend!

House was perfect for our needs. 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, worked out great for multiple couples. There was even a nice welcome basket of snacks and drinks when we arrived. Short 6-7 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown. Clean and comfortable. Host was quick to respond to any questions through the app.

Hall of Fame Worthy on Hall of Fame Weekend

As family and friends, a large group of us make an annual excursion to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. We’ve stayed at many beautiful spots, but the convenience of this one is unbelievable. Close to restaurants, close to breweries, close to the Hall of Fame, but still spacious and peaceful. A family feel enhanced by a kind and communicative host.

Great Property

We stayed here for week two of Cooperstown. We had five families staying here and there was plenty of room to accommodate all the families. Paul is very responsive and answered questions almost immediately. He checked in to make sure we were situation and if we needed anything. The house is very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is perfect and a very short drive to Dreams Park.

Perfect location for golf trip

Close to ommegang to take cabs and we walked to council rock brewery the second night. Big yard plenty of beds for our 8 person golf trip. 10 min to and from leather stocking made it easy

4 minutes from the Park

The host "Paul" was very quick and attentive to our needs. This house can easily accommodate 5 to 6 families. We had 5 families and a bedroon to spare. We checked out the boys and had a team party with all the families and took advantage of the massive backyard to play adult vs. Kids wiffle ball. This house has everthing you need for your Coopertowns stay, from surrounding restaurants to a dollar general across the street (walking distance), to a supermaket just a mile down the road.

Vintage Property

With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms there was plenty of room for 3 families (3-4 members each) with washer & dryer. Great location for Cooperstown Dreampark with convenient Dollar General across the street. Spacious yard for outdoor activities. The home was a little older than expected, however overall it was a nice place to stay and we left with lots of great memories!

Best place to in Cooperstown

From the listing through our entire stay until checkout, every was accurate and easy. We went here for Cooperstown tourney and the location is amazing! Close tp the fields and the Dollar General and gas station all across the street or walking distance. The space is great outside for grilling and relaxing after bejng at the fields. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for multiple families. Kitchen was big enough for a lot of us to be in there while cooking as well as a 2nd dining room table. Comfortable couches in the living room. Loved having a washer & dryer and had plenty of detergent. House provided plenty of linens and cleaning supplies except lysol wipes. Bonus is the wonderful neighbor to the left of the house. Will be recommending for future families!

Spacious and perfect for large groups

Beautiful property! We had 6 adults and 10 children stay in the house for a weekend, and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We were able to spread out without being on top of each other. Great yard for playing games and eating. The Dollar General is directly across the street for anything you may have forgotten, and a trip into town takes mere minutes. We also attended the church across the street Sunday morning, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming! Paul was a great communicator every step of the way. He let us know us what to expect, and responded almost immediately to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Well Located, Well Appointed Home

The home was everything we needed for our baseball weekend. The perfect number of rooms for our group, located just about a 10-minute drive from the heart of the Village of Cooperstown. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and even when the oven wasn't responding (touch panel died), Paul was there immediately with a portable oven for us to use (new oven on order and it takes a bit to get things out that way). Paul was super friendly and a quick, attentive host. Depending on the size of our group (8 guys this year), we would definitely stay here again!

Cute Pink House

Two families rented together & we honestly could have added a 3rd as we had 2 bedrooms & a bathroom go unused. The home is dated from a cosmetic standpoint but everything worked well & it has a lot of charm! We had a small ceiling leak our last night from the upstairs shower but Paul was responsive within minutes. The location to Dreams Park, local restaurants (Upstate & Cooper’s Barn were faves!), downtown Cooperstown, etc could not have been more convenient! The Dollar General across the street was an easy walk & had everything we needed. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay at the Pink House/Apple Villa again!

Completing the Cooperstown Dreams Park Family Experience

The "pink house" was an ideal place to stay with other team families while our boys played at Dreams Park. About 3 minutes away without traffic, it was close enough to come back between games or while waiting through the dreaded rain delays. Separate bedrooms, most with bathrooms in them or next door, gave each of our four families a place of their own, while the common space in the middle of the downstairs gave us a place to gather and spend time talking, eating, or playing games together. The yard was large enough for wiffle ball, and the garage had some games to add to the outdoor fun. The kitchen allowed us to store groceries and cook meals for our families easily, and the two large tables provided everyone a spot to eat. We highly recommend staying at this quaint house as part of your Dreams Park Experience!

Perfect location for CDP!

A group of 13 of us (6 families-mostly wives of coaches) stayed here. The close proximity to the fields, large yard for kids, and enough beds and bathrooms for everyone made this the perfect location for us. Paul was an excellent communicator and responded within seconds to any request or concern we had. We unfortunately came at an unexpected heat wave and Paul installed an additional window AC unit to help make us more comfortable. There were plenty of fans in the house in case of additional hot spots. House is definitely dated but has a lot of character and charm. We knew this was not the Ritz Carlton coming in and the house served its purpose. We appreciated the ability to do laundry and the smart TV in the living room helped entertain us or the kids. If you’re coming for baseball, know that some families left items there for the next family to use, but the Dollar General across the street is also great for last minute items. Note, the house is on a busy main road but the yard for kids is well away from it. The Grand Union grocery store is better than the Price Chopper in Cooperstown. We also used the Clark Sports Center (7 mins away) for workouts for my daughter and got a day pass for $6 that also included rock wall climbing.

A Perfect Baseball Retreat

We rented this house for 4 families who all had players at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We were all thrilled with the location! Many convenient businesses and restaurants nearby and a quick 3 minute drive to Dreams Park! It made it so convenient to check out our players and run them home for a bite to eat and then take them back. Every family in our group agreed that our house rental was the best out of what others on our team had. We truly enjoyed our time there!!
