To the rear of the cottage is a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the patio garden, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The downstairs shower room is neatly presented and conveniently located just off the kitchen.
Lechlade is a quintessential Cotswold town, set on the edge of the River Thames. From the cottage, youâre just a short walk to the riverside where you can enjoy scenic walks, a spot of paddleboarding, or even hire a boat for the afternoon. The town itself boasts a lovely selection of independent shops, traditional pubs, tea rooms, and antique stores. For those who enjoy a touch of history, the 15th-century church of St Lawrence and the charming stone bridges make for a picturesque stroll. Further afield, youâre perfectly placed to explore the wider Cotswolds.
