Explore the stunning South Hams area with its small coastal towns, known for their cobbled streets, quaint boutiques, galleries, and reputable restaurants. Enjoy stomps on the South West Coast Path, literally on your doorstep, to find hidden coves and beautiful coastal views. Or take a trip up to Dartmoor; experiment with letterboxing and keep an eye out for ponies.

South Devon is home to an action-packed events calendar. Tunes on the Sands is hosted annually on Blackpool Sands, a stone’s throw from the village. The coastal town of Dartmouth, a fifteen-minute drive away, offers a plethora of annual events including Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).

Enter this beautifully, converted ‘Upside Down’ barn through its large oakwood door. The ground floor is home to three beautiful traditional bedrooms and a spacious utility room with a washer and dryer. Bedroom two features a double bed, Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Bedroom three offers flexible sleeping arrangements with zip-and-link twin beds that can be converted into a superking, perfectly catering for couples, friends and family members. Bedroom four provides a cosy single trundle bed with a pull-out option (please specify when booking), perfect for children. A second bathroom on this floor boasts a stunning free-standing bath, heated towel rail and shower attachment.

Head upstairs to the first floor, where vaulted ceilings and exposed beams create a light and airy feel throughout the beautiful wooden open-plan living space. The living area, complete with Sky TV, a DVD player, Wii console and a selection of board games, is perfect for evenings in with the family. French doors open onto a Juliet balcony offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the village views over your morning cuppa. The dining area is ideal for sharing conversations over a delicious home cooked meal, and the modern kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher perfect for creating culinary delights for sharing.

The first floor is also home to the master bedroom. Home to a superking bed, Freeview TV, DVD player, Velux windows, and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower, to relax in after a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Bedroom four is normally made with just one single bed but do specify when booking if the pull-out single bed is also required.

Young Children:
The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot.
