Nedervåningen hittar du ett rymligt vardagsrum, matsal och fullt utrustade (och nyligen återställd!) kök med frukostdisk, kylskåp med ismaskin, mikrovågsugn, brödrost ugn, diskmaskin, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare och fullt gästbad. Köket innehåller nya granitbänkskivor och alla rostfria vitvaror är helt nya! Precis utanför vardagsrummet och matsalen finns en stor skärmad veranda med gott om sittplatser utomhus.

Förutom de viktigaste vardagsrummen nere finns en stor master svit och generöst mästare bad med stor trädgård badkar, separat glasskärmad dusch, dubbel fåfänga och separat commode rum.

På övervåningen hittar du fyra gästrum och två badrum. Några steg leder till kråkens bo med utsikt över den vackra Mexikanska golfen. Andra funktioner inkluderar 20 fot tak i vardagsrummet, 10-fots tak i alla andra nedervåningen vardagsrum, takfläktar, centralvärme och luftkonditionering, och massor av lagringsutrymmen.

Magical beach vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing week at Coconut Caberet! The house was perfect! We loved the set up- master king on main floor, 2 king rooms and 2 queen rooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms on 2nd floor, and bunk room on 3rd!). We had 13 people in our family and this house was perfect! Clean, lots of beach items in garage, great house set up, and the best golf cart! When we come back to Fort Morgan, this will be where we stay!!

Coconut Cabaret

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home accommodated all our guests well. My children loved the bunk beds. It let them feel like they had their own little area. The golf cart was an added bonus to help us get to and from the beach and pool. We had an older Family member with us, which was nice for her not to have to walk as far. The family and I were impressed with the security coming around regularly. He felt safe walking around. The only suggestion that I would have is putting some mattress toppers on the mattresses. They were extremely hard. Other than that, it was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Coconut Cabaret after years of staying at the Plantation and then the Beach Club. We liked that we were able to get out entire family under one roof. Great locations and accomodations. The only negative was that we found rodent droppings when we were packing up the kitchen to leave. We reported it to management. Hopefully they will resolve the issue before the next guests occupy this property.

Peaceful and Relaxation

The property manager was very helpful. The gated community was nice and quiet. The vacation rental was spotless and plenty of room for all of us. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. This home and the floor plan layout was perfect for our family group of 14. It was decorated very nicely and modern. The amenities of a new golf cart, beach toys, beach chairs and gas grill were an added plus. The house is perfectly located between both swimming pools, fitness center and beach.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home and the floor plan layout was perfect for our family group of 11. It was decorated very nicely and modern. The amenities of 2 golf carts, beach toys, beach chairs and gas grill were an added plus. The house is perfectly located between both swimming pools, fitness center and beach.The only complaint I had was the mosquitoes 🦟 were horrible in the house and surrounding area. Maintenance came and sprayed and I bought citronella candles to help.Will definitely rent Coconut Cabaret again

Get Away At the Beach with Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fun in the sun with tennis, beach, biking and many other amenities. The management Company and maintenance crew went over and above to help make our get away wonderful. They were Johnny on the spot with repairing bikes, resetting internet when down and answering any questions we had. My only complaint is the $40 per car parking fee that is added to your rental. Parking should be included in the rental fee. You can’t use the house with driving there with a car!!!!!

Then I went back to check on the reviews a couple of weeks before we were to come up there to stay and the house had a bid review. I was worried about the cleanliness of the house and unfortunately it was somewhat dirty. These were the complaints from my family members:Bathrooms with hair on floor and tubTub stopped up from hair in drainFloor rugs had not been vacuumed Shower curtains needed changing. Outside fridge filthy on the outsideBeds were very old and lumpyBedskirts had holes Stains on carpet and sofasWe always enjoy our stay at the Martinique and think you do a wonderful job of keeping your facility beautiful and clean. Coconut Cabaret Stay 2021

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Martinique 6 to 7 times in the last 25 years and have been disappointed for the second time. The house is a very large house. We were so excited to stay in this beautiful home. The house needed updated. The carpet in the master on main level was very dirty, needs to be replaced. Their was damaged furniture, which we reported with pictures to show them. We invited my sister to stay with our family and I was embarrassed at the condition of the house. Especially for the amount of money we all paid to rent the house. Martinique has always been very special to our family but not sure if we will continue to make it our vacation destination in the future.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE had to have a flat tire on our cart replaced. They had to give us a new grill. The dish washer didn't work for 1 and 1/2 months. We had to have the water heater replaced. We had a fly infestation in the first week that no action was taken. We captured some large bugs that I took to the office and no response We were miss-lead about availability the following year regarding what was available. The repair of the house went on for several weeks and it was loud. I realize the area has been hit hard with storms but most of these issues could have been repaired with a little communications. Not a good experience.

Delightful but more details needed

Our family road tripped to Fort Morgan to enjoy spring break on the gulf. The house was perfect for all of us to have kids in their own rooms and adults in our own. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Cozy spaces to relax and enjoy vacation. People should know to bring their own garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. When the laundry washing machine didn’t work, no one could help us get an answer about when/if it would be repaired. Our voicemails were never answered. We even stopped at the office and asked for someone to call us amd they never did.

Not the Best in Martinique

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Martinique several times, and this time was a little disappointed. Several maintenance issues need to be addressed. For being one the largest homes, the amenities fall short. No bikes, No beach cart, two gulf carts with no lights (so security will not let you drive them at night). The Crow's Nest, Bon Ami, or My Michele are the ones I would recommend. We will never stay in this one again.

AN AWESOME TIME AT GULF SHORES

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 14 of us stayed a week in June and let me share with you, there was plenty of space! The Coconut was very awesome and spacious; it wowed us from the moment we walked-in. And not to mention the two screened-in patios for nice, quiet, early morning coffee drinking. The kitchen had an overabundance of various utensils, cook and bake ware, dishes, tupperware... maybe you need some more spoons is all? We were pleasantly surprised to see a second freezer/refrigerator combo in the garage for our surplus of groceries. As someone else mentioned in a review that the thermostat is set at 72 (will not go lower- only higher) but thankfully it felt very comfortable in the extreme humidity. The ceiling fans in all the bedrooms help keep the cool air moving throughout. All the closets had several additional blankets and pillows if needed! Also, there was not a shortage of bath towels—thank you. We appreciated all the beach toys and various beach items stored in the garage for our use considering we didn’t bring any. I think the location of this house is ideal in the sense that it was real close to the secondary pool (the less busy one); otherwise, the overall location is nice in that it’s not far from anything... 10 second golf cart ride to the Ocean! As first time visitors, everyone loved the Martinique On The Gulf Resort amenities! It was very clean and felt very safe. Pools, hot tubs, roads, landscaping was all well maintained. We had a wonderful trip—thank you!
