Absolutely nothing negative to say about this room. I will however mention the beach side chair service was horrible this year with a very rude attendant...but that is a separate issue. This was the first time ever staying in 2308 and we were not impressed. The unit wasn’t stocked with towels and/wash cloths. The ice maker was broken and leaked water all over the floor. It wasn’t as “homie” and comfortable as all the other units we’ve stayed in over the years. We will definitely be back next year but will choose a different room.

This time there were code issues being changed starting at parking entrance to room entrance etc. The sheet with instructions in room were different check out time from rental agreement, but because of all the other last minute code changes I was confused. Other than that I would stay here and tell others how nice our stays have been.

Beautiful Condo but it wasnt properly cleaned prior to my arrival

Awesome stay and very relaxing

Having white covers on the furniture is risky, but we have 4 children and had no issue. I came down after knee surgery and Was able to navigate in a wheel chair and crutches very easily. Toilets are a little low. Location is great and we will be staying here again. Having the beach chairs was huge. Very easy check in and very easy check out (didn’t even have to do anything)...all was sent by text. Thank you for a great stay.
