Perfectly located on the 16th floor of the Aqua Building offering commanding views of the gulf and sunsets.
This luxury beach home filled with light features a spacious, open layout with room for everyone.
The well-stocked kitchen is complete with granite counters, modern stainless appliances and everything you will need for dining in.
2 Beach chairs and an umbrella included in the rental.
You will love all of the NEW cups, dishes, cookware and coffee maker- Have coffee at the kitchen bar or feed everyone at the new dining table!
The living area features ample seating with commanding gulf views, large Flat Screen TV and Balcony access. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy sunset cocktails or just relax and listen to the waves crash below. You will find all NEW furniture throughout the common areas- new couches, end tables, lamps, lighting and artwork. There is even new furniture out on the balcony for you to enjoy the start and ending of everyday overlooking the beach.
The spacious gulf front Master bedroom has a Queen bed and balcony access, Large flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a double vanity- this bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Step directly out onto the balcony for an early morning coffee or watch the sun slip behind the waves with a cocktail at sunset
The Guest bedroom also features a comfortable Queen size bed, bathroom access and city views of Pier Park and the Bay on the Balcony .
The third bonus room contains a twin over full bunk bed and shared bathroom.
AQUA is Panama City's Premier Beach resort, directly on the beach, and close to so many attractions including the shops and restaurants at Pier Park. It Truly is the best Location in PCB.
You will also have access to all of Aquas amenities, including:
