The condo was clean, spacious and superbly located for both the beach and Pier Park amenities. Views from the balcony are stunning, especially at sunset.The Aqua resort’s parking garage provided easy access to all the kit we needed to bring for the Ironman weekend.Our host provided excellent instructions and communication before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay in this condo if we ever return to Panama City Beach.

Excellent property! The condo is beautifully decorated and had a unique layout with the master in the front with the ocean view and the other two bedrooms around the corner down a hallway. Perfect if you have kids. Kitchen was well stocked and absolutely love the glass walled balcony with the spectacular ocean view! The check in/check out instructions were excellent. We didn’t have to contact the owners at all. Highly recommend this property!

Very Nice!!

The condo was very nice and very comfortable. We loved the scenery and the sound of the Gulf!! I wished the parking deck had more handicap spaces or the security needs to check on placards and license plates, there were several cars parked illegally. Other then that it was an enjoyable experience!!!!

Best Condo We've Stayed in at PCB!

It was a pleasure to rent from Dan and Barbara. The unit was just as nice in person, as it was on the listing. The condo (and the Aqua property) was immaculate! Great color schemes, very nice furniture, and comfy beds. Tastefully decorated, and the views were top notch from the 23rd floor. Our family highly recommends this condo.

First time in Panama City Beach

We traveled with 3 couples and was a perfect space for 6 adults. It was our first time in PCB and we found the location to be perfect close to lots of restaurants. Our only complaint was that the outdoor pools were not heated and although the weather was warm during our visit the pools were too cold to enjoy. We definitely would rent this unit again. Check in and parking was great. We had no problems .

Fabulous rental!

Wonderful condo with gorgeous views. Had a boil water advisory for the neighborhood which was extended. That and the virus crisis urges us to leave three days early. However, that was at no fault of the owners or the property. Would like to visit again once the world calms down. This place is gorgeous and the owner is so nice to work with. Love, love, loved it!!

Spring Break

Perfect location for walking to the Pier & Boardwalk. We loved having restaurants in walking distance. Very nice, clean condo. I loved waking up to a direct view of the ocean from the Master bedroom. The 2 spare bedrooms do face the back of the building towards the street. Owners did make us aware of construction happening on part of the building causing one of pools to be closed. They did make up for the inconvenience which we appreciated. It was really nice having 2 beach chairs set up daily. Only recommendation would be to bring your own storage containers if you planned to eat in & want to store leftovers. Overall highly recommend this until & location for any family vacations.

Awesome in every detail

First of all the weather was a wreck. Hurricane Carlos brought lots of rain so there was not much of any Florida sun. However, we couldn’t have had a better place to unwind and enjoy our family time. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed for easy, convenient cooked breakfasts with coffee. The open floor plan meant no one was out of the conversation whether meal prepping or playing cards around the six person table. There was space for all five of us in the living room while the rain came down. The master bath has a large corner tub (for me) and glass shower (for hubs). We had three teenagers/adults with us. Plenty of room! The property says it will sleep 8. They literally mean it will sleep 8 with one room having bunks. We had no problems and would like to stay again. Thank you, Mr. Shilling for sharing your property with my family.

Amazingly, beautifully perfect!

To start, Dan was amazing at communicating with me from the beginning. We have been using VRBO since around 2007 and I have to say, this is one of our favorite properties. You can look at a picture and think, wow that looks really nice, but when you get there and actually see this condo in person, the pictures do not do it justice! The condo was very clean. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need to cook a meal, but we chose to eat out during our stay. I can inform you that the blender works perfectly! :) There are TV’s in each bedroom and a large TV in the family room. The channel selection is fantastic and you can sign in to your streaming accounts if you’d like, just remember to sign out before you leave. There were 4 of us altogether and there is plenty of room so you don’t feel like you’re tripping over each other. There is a Winn Dixie and a Wal-Mart not to far down the road, so that is where we picked up our snacks and beverages. Parking was easy as well. Now, let’s get to the reason we chose this place
 The view. That view. Breathtaking! The hardest part of leaving for me was drawing the drapes on the spectacular view. We spent 3 fabulous nights there and were already talking about going back. Thank you Dan, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to be back very soon! And thank you for always responding to my never ending questions-you’re a true gentleman!

We have always loved the design of AQUA. It's a beautiful resort with amenities like you would find at a luxury hotel. The pools, grounds, lobby...everything is stunning. Plus AQUA is only a short walk to Pier Park!

And to top it all off, we have completed a major renovation at our condo at AQUA. We installed full tile, new lighting fixtures, new ceiling fans, new faucets and granite vanities in all 3 bathrooms, new window treatments and ALL NEW furnishings with a completely new contemporary look using a stunning white, gray and aqua color palette. Our renovation also includes a massive 70" TV in the living room and 50" TVs in the Master and King Guest Bedrooms and a 42" TV in the Queen / Twin Bunk guest room. We think that you will be amazed at the transformation of our Penthouse beach condo at AQUA!
