Welcome to this wonderful and modern villa with its own private pool,
BBQ-area and 500 square meters of beautiful front and back yard.
While this adorable home is the perfect retreat for you and the family, its location makes it easy for you to get around.
You are just:
2 mins from Hotel DNA Monse where you have an AMAZING rooftop bar.
2 mins from supermarket (Mercadona)
10 mins to all the best beaches.
10 mins to the center of Torrevieja.
15 mins to Zenia boulevard. (Shopping center)
The perfect family vacation to create memories that lasts forever.
Although the home is equipped for 6 people, we think the ideal group size is 5. We are happy to accommodate all 6, but remember it will be a little cozier.
Is it a cloud you sleep on? No, it's just our memory foam mattresses we have in every bedroom!
Large living room where you can enjoy movie nights with the family.
Why not light upp the fireplace and make it even cozier?
Sure, eating at fine restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a good home cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a nice dinner for you and your family.
Or maybe you can go to the backyard and fire up the grill in the afternoon sun.
Right outside the house, we have a large playground for the children. The park offers, among other things, a soccer field, basketball court, ping-pong table and various climbing frames.
We are available 24/7 and our hosts are always nearby in the area if you need something.
The house has a private lower part, where a caretaker lives, you will neither see nor hear from her unless you have to or need her.
but otherwise the villa is a perfect private paradise.

-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-We love animals but make sure that you take them out on their regular walkings so they dont make there needs in the house or in the backyard / pool.
