INTRÄDE
Lägenheten är åtkomlig genom en "grändväg" utanför sidan av huvudhuset och genom sidan gården (som för närvarande är ett arbete i arbete). Lägenheten har egen ingång. När du öppnar dörren klättrar du upp trappan upp till andra våningen i hemmet.

Huvudområdet har ett stort öppet vardagsrum möblerat med modern konst och en smakfull kombination av äkta mitten av 1900-talets möbler och antikviteter från 1800-talet samt några moderna tillägg. Vardagsrummet har en sovbädd i Joybird med en queen size-skummadras och en plattskärms-TV. Det öppna köket är komplett med en salvad cypress-ö som bekvämt rymmer två, en Wolf-gasspis / ugn, 2 diskmedelskålar, en gårdhushållsavlopp och gott om skåp, som är utrustade med dina grundläggande matlagningsbehov. Bakom köket finns skafferi, som rymmer den staplade tvättmaskinen / torktumlare, kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Det finns också ett litet pulverrum med handfat och toalett och en liten balkong som sträcker längden på vardagsrummet / köket med 2 stolar och ett bord.

TREDJE GOLVNIVÅ
Den övre våningen rymmer master badrummet som har en stor dusch och några steg längre upp, sovrummet, som har en queen size-säng, en liten garderob och en byrå. Båda utrymmena känns rymliga trots sluttande tak.

Comfortable & Convenient NOLA Stay

Our wonderful hosts have a cozy, clean, and very comfortable apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, there are plenty of linens, the kitchen has everything you’d need if your cooking-in, and their welcoming snacks are irresistible! We walked to the WWII museum (15 min), to the garden district tour (15 minutes to Lafayette Cemetery), and took the street car to the French Quarter (5 minutes to stop). I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying here, and it was the perfect location: close to the trolley to the French Quarter, and within walking distance of the WWII museum, and Magazine Street. The house was immaculate, well decorated, and Bettine was a great hostess. I can’t recommend her place enough.

This was such a cute place, right in the edge of the garden district and just a walk away from little shops and places to eat. Very clean and she even left us little snacks and drinks.

Felt so welcomed!

The property is pristine, and the hospitality of the owner is unparalleled. She is truly a class act. My daughter stayed with me for 2 of the nights, and she was even blown away by the personal touches. I felt so welcomed, and everything I needed or forgot was there. I’m grateful I found this Vrbo, and I highly recommend it.

Beauty and Elegance

The site was just as the pictures promised. Once I slowed down and read the entry info I got in with ease. The amenities were wonderful and the host was so very generous with wine, snacks and water. I will definitely book another stay at this gem that was minutes away from the dome.

Spectacular

There just are not enough positive things we can say. Bettine was so kind and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about her city and she even had treats for my Birthday!! The apartment was just beautiful! Exactly as represented and then some. Immaculately clean and comfortable. We parked on the street right in front of our entry way and never drove again until we left. Just a short walk to the St. Charles street car that took us everywhere all week. Perfectly located between uptown and the Quarter. Even walking distance to Magazine. We will stay again and again. Already planning for October.

Perfect spot for a trip to New Orleans

Bettine and Micheal were the perfect host. The greeted us as we arrived and helped us in with our one too many bags :). The accommodations were great quietly positioned in the back of the house. She had some wine and local beers for us to enjoy when we arrived and the location was perfect for dining and coffee on Magazine was just a short walk away, We will definitely stay here again when we visit the city.

Truly a Wonderful VRBO Experience!

My wife and I have stayed in dozens of VRBO's both in the U.S. and internationally. Without question this was the most positive experience we've had with a VRBO host. Bettine could not have been more accommodating and helpful. First, we were greeted with bottles of wine, beer, sodas, water, seltzer waters, and Zapp's upon arrival. During our stay Bettine checked in on us via text multiple times to make sure our stay was going well. As for the apartment, it was spotlessly clean, roomy, well stocked with cooking items, linens, toiletries, etc. The location is fantastic with many eating/drinking locations within a few minute walk. Also it's relatively easy to walk downtown and the St. Charles streetcar line is less than a 5 minute walk. My wife and I cannot recommend this place enough! We look forward to our next stay in Bettine's apartment.

Beautiful rental

This unit is beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches for guests. Property owner excelled in communication prior to arrival and during our stay. Both the main bed and sofa bed were very comfortable.

Perfect location and lovely home

Wonderful place for a stay in New Orleans. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very well supplied apartment in a perfect location. Walkable to the FQ and downtown, the Garden District, great restaurants, streetcar, Magazine, etc. The host is extremely responsive, friendly, helpful.

Home base for our wonderful trip!

The apartment was wonderful! Bettine was very responsive to any question and very helpful for things to do. The apartment was beautiful and close to the trolly line. Easy to find and parking was rather easy. So many things close on Magazine St and St Charles. And it's walking distance to the WW2 Myseum and the rest of the French Quarter. You'll be well looked after here!

Luxury in the lower garden district

Bettine is an absolute gem. She was so sweet, thoughtful and was easy to communicate with- she's a super host! The rental is in a great location and felt like we were in our own luxury home. It had all we needed (and more) was tastefully decorated with high end touches and it has beautiful light coming in. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful apartment!!

Loved it! Gorgeous & clean. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Bettina is an amazing host. We’ve stayed in so many rentals, but I’ve never had a host leave us a welcome bottle of wine, some chips, and some soft drinks. She also had a full stock of k-cups in a few varieties for the Keurig. The apartment is super clean and super nice. Several restaurants within walking distance. We loved it!

Wonderful Space and Great Location!

We were in the city for a wedding on St. Charles this past weekend. This was the perfect location set in between the wedding venue and Magazine St. so walking to restaurants and shops was easy. I loved this place, even though there are a lot of stairs! The balcony was very nice too, and the host has thought of everything a guest might need on thier stay. We also were met with drinks and snacks on our arrival. Great place, great hosts!

Excellent Host!

Property was immaculate, well stocked with amenities (soap, coffee, creamer, butter, sodas, water, wine) and the host was most considerate to check on our comfort when the temperature dropped suddenly. Lovely accommodations. 1.5 blocks from trolley on St. Charles - location convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Parking was available in front of the property at all times. We were very pleased with our choice in this unit.
